Been watching Dylan Hollis on Youtube since March 2023 and laughing hysterically throughout. We've tried a handful of his recipes and everything has come out as predicted (Not always to our taste, but that's a matter of taste and texture). His book (Did you know he has a book?) is as delightful to read as he is to watch. I laughed repeatedly while reading it and found several recipes that I'll probably try.
