Ch 16 Laila
- [ ] Jeez the jealousy Eva has has gotten very far indeed
- [ ] I don’t think Severin and Laila will make up in this book

Ch 17 Severin
- [ ] Aaa Gluttony was not the only father that Tristan poisoned
- [ ] Also Hypnos knew the boys were being mistreated from Wrath and yet he didn’t help them, it’s no wonder Severin doesn’t like him much
- [ ] Oh snap, Severin is very mad at Hypnos, but what hood Hypnos have done if he was only a boy himself?
- [ ] Dead girls? 😖

Ch 18 Enrique
- [ ] Oh boy, looks like Hypnos wants to prove himself to Severin than be with Enrique, now Enrique is alone with his histories
- [ ] At least Ruslan is with him for now and listening
- [ ] I do believe the girls are the ones protecting the treasure, poor things

Ch 19 Zofia
- [ ] Oh boy why did they enter without the whole gang! Ah Zofia !

Ch 20 Laila
- [ ] Every time there is a moment Severin always end up ruining it with his collar
- [ ] But now I know why she calls him Majnun, they must have been some love couple, and now that we know that Laila isn’t her name, I hope we will find out the story of “Laila and Majnun”
- [ ] But now they must find the others!

Ch 21 Enrique
- [ ] Oh goodness! What have they gotten themselves into! How brilliant that they became trapped!
- [ ] Also it is scary to think of moving statues with no hands chasing you *shivers*
- [ ] And what is Eva? What’s wrong with her leg?
- [ ] I’m glad they’re all okay now
- [ ] But Enrique! No not Hypnos! Look at Zofia! Please!

Ch 22 Laila
- [ ] Oh goodness Laila and Severin are a force not to be reckoned with
- [ ] I reckon Laila can “read” the book, as in not with her sight but with her hands, she has to be the one from the bloodline that is able to read the book. Why else would the man tell her if she wanted to know her origin and how to save her life to read the Divine Lyrics?
- [ ] What are your thoughts Darce?
- [ ] I feel bad for Hypnos for wanting to be a part of the team but like Laila said he can’t do it based on who he is with, more what he can offer to the team
- [ ] But from what I gather I don’t think Severin will accept Hypnos any time soon

Ch 23 Zofia
- [ ] Oh man Zofia messed up big time by revealing that Laila and Severin weren’t lovers, Eva is going to go for the kill !
- [ ] “Depending on the script, some writing can appear exquisitely intimidating,” said Enrique. “And I didn’t scream. I yell-breathed.” He clutched his chest and scowled at her. “It’s different.”
- [ ] I love it! Enrique you are hilarious!
- [ ] Also I feel bad that Zofia thinks she killed her unborn sister Rebekah, that is so sad!

Ch 24 Severin
- [ ] I really wished Laila got his hint of what Severin is planning to do with the Divine Lyrics when he said it would reborn him
- [ ] They need to stop him, he can’t make them gods!
- [ ] Ohhh the tragic poem sounds awfully close to them
- [ ] I don’t want them to go to get this book! At least not for Severin only for Laila!

Ahhh you’re so smart, I think you’re right, Laila must be able to read the book with her hands! That’s brilliant, I didn’t even consider that but you’re probably right, Karen. And yes, I also wish that the gang would see what Séverin is planning with the book. They’re the only ones that would be able to stop him!
I don’t trust this Eva chick.... I wish she’d go away.... and yes I agree, Zofia made a bad mistake telling her that Séverin and Laila aren’t together. Hopefully nothing too bad comes out of that!
It’s so clear now that Roshani is pushing Enrique and Zofia together, I just wish that those two could see it! I really don’t think Hypnos is right for Enrique, and I didn’t like how Laila (I think?) said that when Enrique was hurt, Hypnos kept looking at Séverin while he was helping Enrique. It’s like he’s trying to get brownie points... I almost don’t trust him.
Ahh Enrique and Zofia are just such cuties, they deserve the world!
