4/5 stars for this twisty popcorn thriller!! I absolutely tore through CROSS MY HEART and would highly recommend it for fans of unreliable characters + lighter suspense novels where everyone’s a suspect and everyone has something to hide. There aren’t too many totally “good”/ easy-to-like characters here (just about everyone makes some highly questionable decisions in this book) but that kind of story is always right up my alley, and I loved how unreliable all these characters were. The ending of the book was surprising and satisfying. If you love books by Amber Garza, J.T. Ellison, or Sandie Jones, you’ll love this one!
