31 Days to Forgiving Yourself: Embracing grace and letting go of guilt

This is one of the Best Self Help Book I read in awhile. Yes lots of stuff I already know but phrased and worded more for practical use.
Examples and tips that could actually work instead of other books with stuff not always practical.
Gives ideas to write in Journal. I stopped Journaling 📓 for Intention about 2 Years ago but 2025 will be starting again and using what I learned in this book.
Not all positive and need to look at flaws or weaknesses as what makes you Unique and Beautiful 😍
Yes some stuff repeated but still gets the point across and needs to be said twice. God is referenced as well but not every chapter
or shoved down throat. Just enough.
