I was really excited to read this book when it came out. I put it on my running to do list on my notes app months ago when it was first announced. Then in June the author put up a giveaway for arcs for it. I hardly ever win them, but figured why not shoot my shot. Lo and behold I actually did win. Cool right? Except that I have never received it. I’ve never had an issue in the past on the few that I have won. I even noted several times on the giveaway that it has not been received, rechecked my address even, and nothing happens. Still no book. I almost feel like it was a fake giveaway or that they only sent out some of the winners. Icky behavior like that makes me not want to read anymore from this author and I will definitely not be reading this one.
