This is my favorite novel so far in the Clifton Chronicles series. Unlike the previous books in the series, the first several chapters were already pretty fun & engaging to read. The first part of the novel was about the conclusion of the Emma Clifton trial which began at the end of the last novel. The middle of this novel was mainly about the dramatic subplot between Sebastian & Priya. The ending of this novel was unusual because it included an epilogue. The epilogue tied up several characters subplots & sets up the premise for This was a Man, the last volume of the Clifton Chronicles.
