Rock Bottom (Sisterhood #35)

Zoe is an engineer who noticed some things were a little off in her company who makes building materials rom concrete. She starts looking at some files at work and is suddenly sent back to New York from London and told the project she was working on was cancelled. She is also cut off from her access to many of the accounts at work.
Zoe meets up with a college friend, Izzy, who also has work issues but soon spills the beans about her concerns for her company. Zoe is introduced to Izzie's Sisterhood, a group of women who exact revenge for other women who are wronged. They come up with a plan to not only find out who is responsible for what turns out to be subpar concrete but to punish them for the harm they have caused.
It's hard to read a book that is 35 in a series without having read any of the other books. I was able to get a good handle on all the characters in The Sisterhood and I enjoy them but it all just seemed so easy for them to do what they did in about a week's time. I get that a private jet makes it easier to get around but there weren't any problems at all. Not that I expect this type of book to be realistic, but this was too far fetched for me even though again, I liked the characters.
Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
