Not much on complexity theory here except in a basic introductory way. Mostly this book seemed to focus on science in general and the history of science as well as some thoughts on metaphysics and spirituality. It was a bit of a waste of time, but the subject matter is fun to revisit even though I have heard it all before.

Bob Your "I've heard it all before" comment reminded me of a quote from a Theise podcast: [ paraphrasing ] "of course these are all just concepts, and concepts alone will never change human behavior. But once concepts are translated into action, they can change the world - both for the person who has the courage to act on them as well as for the people they interact with."
