This was a fun gaslamp murder mystery set in a distinguished house against a backdrop of the supernatural, fae-like monsters, and a Britain that has never seen the sun. The two main characters have a Holmes/Watson vibe and the rest of the cast were a motley variety that you will love and hate. I really hope that there are more coming in this series. I really enjoyed it.
