i've seen so many bad reviews regarding this book, but let me try and explain it the best i can. the vocabulary of this book isn't as attractive as other books, a reason why some people didn't necessarily find it appealing. also, most readers probably dove into the book expecting high suspense and dramatics, but it would be better defined as a tragedy. it's not an easy book to comprehend or understand, and whether or not someone does really affects the way they view this book. the devastation behind this book is very complex, in my opinion, and people can't recognize the genius of this book until they understand the tragic reality of the storyline.
