Another brilliant installment in the Kate Fox series. Kate uncovers secrets about her mother's past that has her questioning what she knows about the woman who raised her. This book is focused more on the family dynamics and is a nailbiter. The characters are relatable, and the storyline has twists that kept me on the edge of my seat. I would highly recommend this series. Each book can be read as a standalone but is better if read in order. I received an advance copy of this book from Severn River Books, and this is my honest review.
