Firstly thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for the ARC in return for an honest review.
This book captured my interest very early on and I believe it was the character of Grace that kept me turning the pages and unwilling to put it down. We first meet her when she agrees to be a surrogate for Marcia and Travis, they seem a nice enough couple, but from the off there is obviously more to Grace and why she is really doing this, seemingly selfless act. She is a very likeable character, even though at times she annoyed me, especially when the book would go back in time to Graces life before and the reason behind it all became clear. I did enjoy the back in time parts as well, it led the story right up to the point in present time and explained a lot.

I really enjoyed the projection of the plot and wondering were it would go next and rooting for Grace the whole time. The behaviour of Marcia and Travis was weird and so overbearing, I just wanted her to cut ties and run.
I loved the ending, though that end ending!!!! Will there be a sequel or perhaps we the reader are just left to wonder.
A fast paced, captivating read and I highly recommend it.
