I picked this up on a lark based on the name and the fact that the author writes Hallmark Christmas movies, and I was not disappointed! This is a very cute Christmas YA book. A lot of Christmas books feel overly-saccharine to me, but this one struck the right balance. Finley goes home from her elite East Coast boarding school to her hometown of Christmas, Oklahoma for Christmas break only to find out that one of her classmates has brought his aunt to celebrate the holiday at her family's inn after seeing the fabricated photos she put on the town's website to gain points with her snooty classmates. Tons of imperfect family drama, crushes, and quirky small-town Christmas fun.
