Their relationship was so messed up, and they both clearly had issues. In no way were they perfect, and some stuff was just so extreme. Like telling the Police Commissioner that your gunning for him and will literally destroy lives. I think the mafia is much, much smarter than that. I didn’t really like the family either. Hated the way Declan lusted after her and that scene with his wife and thinking of Mel (ewwwww. So fucking gross). Didn’t like Neal or Olivia either.
Actually when I think about it, I didn’t really like any of the characters apart from Mel and Liam.
But, it was an interesting story, so 3 stars :)
Plus I love a badass hot alpha male, and a kickass dominant woman.
