Liked this book. Some promising characters and excellent writing.
But I don't feel like there was any real conflict in the relationship. The only real conflict was sidestepped and put into the epilogue. In fact, a lot of things happened in the epilogue that could have bulked out the main story
The main characters never really talked properly and a lot of assumptions were made throughout it that were supposed to taken as fact by the reader. The male felt closed down a little too much. More cardboard than sexy. It was also confusing what the rules were between the mind-reading connection. Are the characters assuming what a look/glance/gaze means if it's not in italics? If it is, why can they read each other's minds? Why is this happening so often? Why can't the author make it clear?
So yea, some issues. But worth reading for the quality of writing.
