** spoiler alert ** After the War ended and everyone returned to Hogwarts to finish their last year, Hermione feels totally out of place.
Harry and Ron are enjoying the attention they're getting as War Heroes while she wants nothing more than to go unnoticed and finish this damn year so she can move on with her life.
Unfortunatelly McGonagall has other plans when she suggests the idea of a Hogwarts "Triwizard" Turnamend where the 3 smartes students of every house will have to complete some tasks before the others do. Hermione beeing the smartes Witch of her age has no other option but to compete.
On the Slytherin team is none other than Draco Malfoy who even tho his side lost, is the only one who still belives in blood supremacy.
As the competition goes on, Hermione realizes that Draco is crazy and dangerous but he's the only one who makes her want to do something else than just sleeping all day.
In their encounters Draco get's more and more abusive and dangerous towards Hermione to a point where he almost rapes her but she doesn't tell anyone anything and after Harry finds out and beats him, he pretends that they're dating so that all the rumors that make him seem bad go away.
He finally is sent to a looney bin to get set straight but returns shortly after and ends up abducting Hermione.
After that they have a passionate relationship, hiding from everyone else until one day he leaves without returning. But not forever since he shows up in her life again after he's married with son, to proposition to her to get back together and raising Scorpius together.





I loved Draco in this but even I wouldn't forgive him for the things he's done to her.
He abused her both menatlly and physically for years and after the war he got alot worse to a point where he became life threatining to her. And then he almost raped her and he kind off did but she still ended up loving him?
I get that he made her feel something again after beeing lifeless but what she felt was hate and fear, that shouldn't change to love!
Then he goes and leaves again without saying anything only to return and saying that he didn't want to be with her but now he wants her to make him a better person? WTF Draco!?

I was kind of dissapointed that they didn't end up together either way, even tho I routed again her getting in a relationship with him to begin with. It did have a satisfing ending with Hermione realizing that he was an asshole and that she needed someone else in her life even if she will never be in love with him. Sometimes loving someone just isn't enough....


I don't know how she did it but I feel like she did the characters justice, when they were nothing like the canon ones.
Hermione Jean Granger would never be this lifeless mess and Harry and Ron would never just abandon her like that after everything they went through....
But I did love the Slytherins in this, especially Theo.

Loved it! Insane Draco will always get full stars with me. 5/5 Stars.
