The Fix (The Carolina Connections #1)

This was a good little story. At least, it felt like a little story, as it was so easy to read. It is, however, a full length novel.
Dotted with humour throughout, this book touches on issues facing single parents, but does so in a light and enjoyable way. The narrative was, I felt, well paced and the characters well described and realistic.
Although occasionally the plot seemed to me to appear a little convenient, it was, nevertheless, a thoroughly entertaining, drama/tension free read.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
