The Prisoner of Heaven (The Cemetery of Forgotten Books, #3)

See Ryan's review from July 2012 to better enunciate how I felt about this book. I was very conflicted about how this series has gone mostly downhill, although a disappointing book from this author is better than many other books. It was nice to revisit some of the SOTW characters although they they weren't fully developed (except for Fermin and his ties to David Matin, which was refreshing). I spent the couple weeks after rereading The Angels Game and finishing this book mulling over my disappointment in this series. The book was short and rushed and obviously left open for a fourth installment - a cheap trick. I will read it but have sad feelings about the downhill spiral.
