Is there any way that a very intelligent Bengal Cat/Oriental Shorthair mix can get certified as a service animal? Asking for a “friend”. Seriously, what can a Chihuahua dog or miniature pony do that an extremely intelligent cat (comes when called, obsessed with playing fetch, quick to learn new skills) with very dexterous paws (can open cabinets, drawers, doors, Tupperware containers, etc.) can’t do?
