I'm a Motivational Healer, Speaker/Writer who is in long-term recovery from Alcoholism. My speaking career started in January 1991.

I spoke for MADD for 28 years. I currently speak for many venues, one being Minnesotans for Safe Driving. I am currently presenting my story on Zoom Victim Impact Panels.

I have been writing poetry since my teens and have been on the AllPoetry website for many years. Like many poets, 'I write for me,' but I hope others enjoy my peculiar assembly of ideas. Poetry and journaling helped save my life, so if I ever help anyone with my speaking/writing, then I am well pleased.
