Description

For me, podcasts are a way of exploring what people are thinking in our world right now, and what they are sharing.  I have taken a stand to do very little editing in my podcasts in order to allow the real message of the conversation to come through... and because, honestly, editing is super time consuming and perfectionism feeding.  My favorite podcasts are the ones that are really raw and real, where I feel like every thing is there on the table - with no secrets.  When we give ourselves the time to really listen to souls connecting through conversation or talking directly to us, we feel our souls come alive.  Your time is valuable, and you get to choose powerfully which conversations you let yourself take in and for how long.  I dip in and out of various shows, following what interests me in that moment - it is a very intuitive process for me.  If I am not sure about a show or deciding between two, I will look at the shownotes.Show notes - and this is what you are reading now, welcome!! - are very valuable.  This is where you will find links to connect with the host and guests, and information about EXPLICIT CONTENT.  As I share in this episode, we will have a note about explicit in the show notes, as well as in the audio (in case you don't get to the show notes - I got you). The other thing you can find in show notes are ways to support podcasters!  Please let me know you are loving this show by pressing the button somewhere on here and sending me a Paypal to cover my coffee habit, vet bills, or the dream horse trailer and dude ranch adventures out west that we are working on now.  Yes, really:). Stay tuned for season 3 to find out what happens next!  Thank you for your support listening, sharing and sending funds to keep us going:)It occurs to me that I did not mention this in the podcast, but reviews can be written in the show notes and really help the algorithm, which helps us read more people... so that is another great way to support us - give us five stars!  OR, if we are not five star worthy, consider sending us an email so we can get better - feedback is our friend, and we really do want to hear from you and hear what you are thinking.  Think about it! I LOVE YOU, and you will find a reminder of this in writing in every show note.  If you are not feeling the love, reach out to an animal, or connect with nature or tune in to a podcast that might percolate you back in to that feeling of love that is available to you at any time.  In this podcast I address some of the pressures and milestones that podcasters face, along with the shows that are inspiring me the most right now...Here are twelve of my current faves, in no particular order, to get you started:https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-cathy-heller-podcast/id1191831035https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/on-purpose-with-jay-shetty/id1450994021https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/mountain-prairie-with-ed-roberson/id1106762925https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/make-it-simple/id1538307470https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-goal-digger-podcast/id1178704872https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/projectme-with-tiffany-carter-entrepreneurship/id1389440760https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/shes-brave-podcast-with-kristina-driscoll/id1660488233https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/live-your-extraordinary-life-with-michelle-rios/id1654641328https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/flipped-lifestyle-podcast/id902645131https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-mel-robbins-podcast/id1646101002https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/talking-body-with-amy-porterfield/id1545664367https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-courage-to-be/id1664543123Support the show

This Podcast returns us to the wisdom of our great grandparents and ancestors who likely worked with horses, mountains and dogs daily. Each episode contains actionable tools, tips and stories for modern day families and people to connect with nature through animals, as we have done for millennia. The work is a reflection of the truth about who we were, who we are, and who we might become if we only take the time to listen and work together with horses, mountains and dogs to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually one day at a time.
