    Foreword

    Nowadays we have a new time that defines thinkers and

    strategist in the world. I am one of the people who is a fast

    thinker and teacher of happiness.

    Let me start by saying I enjoy life doing many different things, like

    music - I sing launch music genre; it gives me happiness to be in the

    entertainment industry.

    Other radio stations engagement

    I am doing a weekly feature programme on the

    radio – I discuss Nutrition and Healthy leaving for

    the people to be happy since some of them are

    stressed due to the food they eat;

    it ends up affecting their daily stress lifestyle.

    I am the founder and Station Manager of Egolihood

    Radio station based in South Africa.

    I have worked as a photojournalist since 2005, later joined

    the editing divisions in the magazines, and then joined the TV Broadcasting

    Channels doing background news as an

    investigator and as a fixer.

    I have enjoyed working in the film and TV industry as a

    scriptwriter, researcher, and producer.

    My passion also developed further in cultural

    policy for research about the creative industry in 2007, which

    was a basis to research

    about the whole creative industry sector and

    business model. In the research, we have

    also done the electronic media sector including

    radio, TV, and Film industry circle.

    Currently, I am the Research Coordinator for my

    initiated research study working with a team

    of health professionals dealing with

    stoma care. I have also developed a new Course in Stoma Care management,

    and  Communication Strategy,

    and happiness. My love for media went further and it

    took me to work with various artists as a PR Advisor and artist manager.

    I am also a happy filmmaker who loves interesting subjects.

    My other role in the health sector includes research for Stoma Care

    management, I am happy to see people living with colostomies, urostomies,

    and ileostomies getting quality care.

    I have been a Sunday school teacher in my youth and observed

    that children can be affected in the later stage if they are not

    receiving love from their parents. Happiness can be

    transferred from Sunday school teachers to children in church.

    I enjoy life by listening to the birds’ melodies and watching

    arts plus psychodrama films.

    Why am I talking about Happiness?

    I have lived unhappiness life, and that has taught me so

    many things about happiness.

    You cannot talk about the fighting of drugs or alcohol abuse if

    you have never used drugs yourself.

    You cannot talk about how to discourage youth from using drugs if you have not been an addict.

    I do believe that once you have experienced something, it is

    easy to understand the need to run away from it entirely.

    It is easy to give someone advice based on the experience of something. This book is not about my biography but about how happiness can affect you to live a good life.

    I have lived different lifestyles as a journalist and have

    attended many events and places in the City of Johannesburg, as a South African resident.

    I aimed to marry an Indian woman because I loved their beauty. I believe in beauty and hate the ugly part of anything. I thought that if I can marry an Indian woman then I can be the best happiest man ever in my life. Unfortunately, God works in his way; I have never met any Indian woman in my life until today.

    I have then changed my mind and told myself that I would marry a white woman because she won’t cheat, and I can be the best happiest man ever in my life, I have never met any white woman thus far until today. When I grew up visiting Kempton Park, where my mother worked; I learned something about white people.

    When I grew up I got closer to many white people, and I realized

    that we are all the same and differ in skin orientation.

    I told myself that the only way for me to be a happy person is when I can stay in a big house with a big wall; fortunately, I got an opportunity to live alone in the house as I have wished.

    I have lived alone in a house with a big wall in the suburb for one year. I was shocked to realize that there was an emptiness in that space of the house.

    I have had time to cook and to learn more about cooking different delicious meals. Now I am doing a weekly feature programme about Nutrition on the radio because I have passion for cooking healthy meals. I have noticed that many people are suffering due to unhealthy meals and nutrition.
