      PREFACE

      In this book of poems I have included many of my experiences on the path along with poems to others who have borne the trials and tribulations of rising to a higher life through the Integral Yoga. These are for the most part recent poems in the years 2000 to 2022.

      Poetry seems often to spill forth and I must type rapidly to catch the subtleties and nuances that come through. I am grateful to all who have sent me or expressed to me their appreciation of my poetry but as always, I am only a scribe who writes in humble gratitude to Sri Aurobindo for His divine largesse.
