    Would you believe me if I told you that I inhabit a world so big that it would take me two days to walk from one edge to the other? My world is a mountain soaring above an ocean of clouds. It’s a vast realm, with straight edges piercing the sky.

    Within this vast expanse lies my village, the only sign of intelligence on the mountain.

    I love everything about my village except for two things: the diversity of our bodies. Why couldn't we all be the same? In my village, there exist two distinct types of people: the Flat and the Inflate. Take me, Atari, for example. I'm one of the Flat people, handsomely looking like I just stepped right out of a drawing—thin as paper and just as nimble. The Flat people slip through the narrowest cracks as they navigate the streets. They're the artists, the healers and the ones responsible for every craft that requires a precise touch.

    Then there are the Inflate people, round and robust, as if someone filled them with air. They're the backbone of our village, the builders and protectors. Their solid forms give them the strength to anchor us against the mountain's fierce winds. Together, the Flats and the Inflates form
