Thanks to all my family and friends who gave me the courage and inspiration to write this book. I hope this book helps other people to seek out their own true potential and dreams and to believe in themselves.
Financial Freedom in the Future
This story tells about me a blue-collar worker named Joe. I take you through my financial world. I tell you all about my struggles making a living in a working factory, warehouse and security jobs while still trying to invest in buying and selling real estate, stocks and promissory notes. As i go through the peaks and valleys of the financial world you learn the lessons that i learned so you can avoid the same mistakes. I give you a lease that I use on my own properties so you can copy it and make your own changes for your own properties. Financial Freedom in the Future is set up so you can have income in the future when you get ready to retire. Financial Freedom in the Future beginning now so you can have a retirement income later. I give you tip bits to help give you encouragement and strength so you can do all these things that I did even bigger and better. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel on real estate and investments, it’s already here. I show you how to use different buckets for your income. Get out of the rut and start your clear path to Financial Freedom in the Future.

Financial Freedom in the Future
Financial Freedom in the Future means later on in life. You will have the freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it. The system that I recommend in this book tells the story and hopefully a plan of action. Financial Freedom in the Future for you and your family. Instead of working all your life with nothing to show for it. Start working for your financial freedom in the future now. This book will tell you how to get started. I learned that in order to get started to have Financial Freedom in the Future, you will need a plan of action. Start with an outline and in it have step #1, step #2, step #3.
Hi, my name is Joe and I’m gone to tell you how to seek Financial Freedom in the Future. I’m not a professional advisor or even pretend to be one. I have worked a blue-collar job all my life. This story, I hope, will give people all over the inspiration that if Joe can do it, I can do it better. The story I write about is for the people who work hard every day, for a little bit of money, they earn after the Vultures get done taking what they can get out of their pay check. Slavery in America is still here. The only difference is we get paid for our labor although not always what it is worth. Americans are not afraid of hard work. In this book I tell about how I go through in peaks and valleys of life. Financial Freedom in the Future tells of how we sometimes have to crawl before we walk. It’s not how much money we make it’s what we do with it that counts. Have faith in God and yourself. Investments in real estate, stocks and any other things can be fun, but it can also be ugly. So you will learn how I faced the good and the bad in investments.
Living in bad conditions
I lived in a small town I called the Boondocks. I didn’t know anything outside the world I lived in. I had a high school diploma; people around me all smoked cigarettes and drank their beer and not worrying about the future. They always said don’t worry about an education you can always get a job working in the factories. After a few years working as a shoe salesman I quit that job. I started work in a factory where they built cars on one side of the plant and pickup trucks on the other side. Before I tell you about my first day at the factory let me tell you about my living conditions. My living condition, were not that good. I lived on the first floor of this three story rowhome in a one bedroom apartment with just a
