About this ebook
In Opening to Forgiveness, an audio course from Scribd Coach, director of mindfulness education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center Diana Winston gives an activity-based deep dive into the subject of mindfulness and forgiveness, offering a theoretical basis for the nature of forgiveness as well as exercises to help you practice living in the present moment. These exercises build from presence, to greater wellbeing, to practices specifically about forgiveness.
In the course, Winston offers an explanation of the concept of forgiveness and how you can open yourself up to it; discusses the basics of mindfulness needed to get the most out of the course (and mindfulness generally); shares an extensive forgiveness practice for meditation; and more, including a number of active mindfulness practices.
Unique and comprehensive, Opening to Forgiveness is a valuable opportunity to learn mindfulness from one of its most acclaimed researchers.
