Ben turned and looked at Liz as she stood silently staring at the night sky, dreaming of a life filled with possibility. Filled with uncertainty, he longed to know if she felt the same or even loved him, and if she did, was it enough to spend the rest of their lives together? He thought to himself, Am I enough? What do I even know about being a good husband or father? Drifting in thoughts, pondered what the future held as the evening ended. The only lights remaining were the twinkling diamond-like stars in the night sky. Looking up reminded Ben of the wondrous universe and the God who created it. They were left alone to sort out their thoughts and feelings amongst themselves. Ben and Liz walked to the car, tired and ready to leave. Ben lifted Lydia, Liz’s daughter, gently out of her wheelchair, noticing her eyes staring at him with a slight smile. He slid her into the back seat and buckled her in. She had already fallen asleep as they drove down the lane.

Acknowledgments
I would like to give special thanks to my beautiful wife, Juanita Allen, for her commitment and patience and for encouraging me. She truly is a virtuous woman.
I thank God for Bishop Keith A. Butler and his wife, Pastor Deborah Butler, founders of the Word of Faith International Christian Center in Southfield, Michigan, for being a man and woman of integrity. The Butlers have demonstrated what they believe by their walk of life with God and they teach others to do the same.
To all my family and friends who have played a role in my life and especially at Word of Faith and those that are of the Kingdom of God. Thank you so much for your impartation of the Word of God into my life. May God richly bless you.
I thank God for the many guest speakers and staff at Word of Faith that were very inspirational in teaching the Word of God which also helped me to understand God’s Word more clearly and enabled me to write this book.
I also want to thank Elizabeth Cobbs for editing this book, for her patience, and for her advice on the book.
Above all, I thank God for entrusting me to write this book.
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Matthew 7:1
I have no room to judge, but I have plenty of room to share the truth about God’s love.

Introduction
My purpose for writing this book is to remind people that God loves them but He hates sin.
God says in His Word that it is not His will for anyone to perish but He wants everyone to repent, which means to turn away from sin. So, I began to understand why God wants people to know the truth about sin based on what He says in the Holy Bible.
I believe as the Bible teaches us that the truth will make us free from the life of sin and spiritual death. You should read the Bible for yourself and search the Scriptures that I have included in the book. I am using many Scriptures so that you will know exactly what God says about a particular subject.
A lot of pastors will not talk about the topics that I cover in this book, which will touch on the things we see daily and ignore. The book deals with the reality of what sin is, what God says about sin, and the need to be conscious of what we do and who we are as God’s people.
The Bible says in Proverbs 3:5, lean not on your own understanding
but come to the knowledge of the truth. This book can only help those who want to know the truth. I am not trying to impose my opinion on anyone. I would just ask that you allow yourself to read this with an open mind because it is meant to help you understand what the Bible says about sin.
You will find in reading this book that God’s love is unconditional, but He does not have to love what we do. Remember that God loves you no matter what decision you make in life, whether you choose to know the truth about sin or whether you choose heaven or hell as your final destination. If you reject the truth about sin, there will be consequences.
I would encourage you to choose life so that you can live for eternity.
Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death nor longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once
