About this ebook

We tend to say that "time flew by", but is it true? Maybe we are the ones, flying through the space-time continuum, or maybe that was what Isis and Osiris experienced with all their exchanged poems. Winter went on mercilessly. Still, they could not be together. Time had taught them patience, understanding even for their special situation. Grief and pain had been replaced by helping each other - not just to get through the day, but to celebrate every minute as precious.

Despite the raging seas between them, Isis and Osiris were able to strengthen their bond. Sorting out misunderstandings; letting go of old patterns; they built an invisible house of Poetry, while night and day their Sea of Love was gently "…lapping with low sounds by the shore", as W. B. Yeats once put it so perfectly in his beautiful poem - The Lake Isle of Innisfree.

Isis and Osiris would not call themselves experts, when it comes to the phenomenon of Twin Flames, aside from their own unique connection. Not giving up though, they found ways to cope with the situation by not pining over things that cannot be: at least not yet. Modern techniques made it possible - what 100 years ago would have been just a fiction - to communicate over 900 miles in real time. Sometimes we tend to take these things for granted. To talk, while looking into each other's eyes, seeing wisdom and pure eternal love reflecting back, made a big difference. So, their journey goes on…

Twin Flame Poetry - ISIS & OSIRIS

    Introduction and Acknowledgements

Much has been written about Twin Souls and their special connection. Aside from that unique Love, mostly it is about loss, pain and grief. Why is that? Possibly because there is so much more to learn than we can imagine. Some insights come with a nearly unbearable shock to our senses, far beyond any understanding. Nobody wants to hear anything about letting go, after one has finally found the person, who one could be completely honest with, who mirrors one’s own soul so perfectly that it seems impossible. Words fail us in such moments when we meet, feeling an intense attraction of magnetic energy never previously experienced.

But this is exactly what we have to do: letting go. First, we have to learn that this kind of connection cannot be explained logically, nor can it be understood on an intellectual level. Our mind attempts to fit this experience into the usual patterns though, which makes it harder. So, in a way, one has to outwit one-self. That process involves rather acceptance of what is than to understand what’s going on.

Since the Twin Flames’ eternal spiritual bond can never be broken, letting go does not mean to let go of the other one in the sense of cutting him or her out of your life. It is not the soul that suffers, but the ego. Only when the ego follows the inclinations of the heart, do we begin listening to our inner guidance and intuition. At that point, we are finally able to understand this completely differ-ent concept of relationship and Love on a spiritual level.

As usual, we give thanks to our spirit guides, supporting us gently and sub-tly. Second, many thanks to the following people, who helped in the creation of this book: Sabine M. Schmid, who is responsible for persuading us to publish the poems at all. Johannes Zittrell was our helping hand with the cover design. The patient and efficient tredition team supported us perfectly all the way.

    The Blackbird

    You don't know

    Where I come from

    What brings me

    Into your world

    To your balcony?

    The sounds of music

    I shine for you

    I glisten at noon

    As the sun glistens

    From my world of sky

    From trees, I fly

    My feathers spread

    I descend, I land

    To face clear glass

    Eaves and windows

    To hear your footsteps

I want you to call me

    Caruso - cherish me

    Sustain me, treasure me

What will I do for You?

I will sing songs for You

Visit you, - stay by You

    Accompany your tunes on wings

Of love and never fly away
