    I tend to talk to myself a lot. I have many things to juggle between work, family, multiple houses, writing, social media, and investing.

     

    I don't know any scientific evidence proving talking to yourself helps you organize your thoughts. However, it helps me categorize, prioritize, and itemize my to-do list.

     

    Inside, I review specific times I talk to myself. One of my favorite times is when reading a book. I feel a deep connection with the content as I combine it with what's happening in my life.

     

    Other times are passive income grinding, running, and watching YouTube. After living alone for a few years, I have come to love my own voice. Hopefully, you feel the same. Good Luck!
