About this ebook

#1 Attraction is one of the primal emotions that has helped humanity survive and reproduce. It is triggered in our bodies in the same way as other primal emotions, such as hunger, fatigue, and fear. We feel it in specific circumstances, and we are powerless to convince ourselves not to feel it.
#2 The two major forces that shape males and females differently are nature and nurture. Nature is the obvious biological difference between the sexes, and nurture is the more elusive difference in socialization that starts to affect us from the moment we leave the womb.
#3 The words beautiful and attractive can only be used as synonyms when discussing the physical traits that show suitability for motherhood. They are not universal synonyms and cannot be used interchangeably when discussing the attractiveness of males.
#4 The way attraction works is different between males and females. Males are attracted to traits in females that females do not care about, and females are attracted to traits in males that males don’t care about.

Insights from Chapter 1
#1
You must change your mindset, which is based on your beliefs about yourself, women, and how to best pursue them. Your behavior will be governed by your thoughts, so you must address this mental foundation first.
Insights from Chapter 2
#1
Attraction is one of the primal emotions that has helped humanity survive and reproduce. It is triggered in our bodies in the same way as other primal emotions, such as hunger, fatigue, and fear. We feel it in specific circumstances, and we are powerless to convince ourselves not to feel it.
#2
The two major forces that shape males and females differently are nature and nurture. Nature is the obvious biological difference between the sexes, and nurture is the more elusive difference in socialization that starts to affect us from the moment we leave the womb.
#3
The words beautiful and attractive can only be used as synonyms when discussing the physical traits that show suitability for motherhood. They are not universal synonyms and cannot be used interchangeably when discussing the attractiveness of males.
#4
The way attraction works is different between males and females. Males are attracted to traits in females that females do not care about, and females are attracted to traits in males that males don’t care about.
#5
The physical traits that males care about in females are of no importance to females, because babies do not grow inside males’ bodies for nine months and their bodies are unable to produce the milk that is vital for infants’ survival.
#6
All the qualities that males are attracted to in females are what we call feminine, and all the qualities that females are attracted to in males are what we call masculine. Thus, femininity and masculinity refer to the appearance of the biological differences between our two sexes.
#7
The visual traits that females are attracted to in males are much harder to capture with a photographic lens than the traits that males are attracted to in females. They are arcane and hard to explain, but they exist more internally than externally.
#8
To be a man, you must avoid acting like women in general. To do so, you must understand how women behave and what typical feminine behavior is. You must also understand how to avoid typical feminine behavior, which is primarily about showing emotions of weakness or allowing yourself to be led by such emotions.
#9
Men are not emotional, and women are not attracted to men who are feminine. Any male who appears vulnerable will be unattractive to females.
#10
The most unattractive males are those who are already too feminine. They act or talk too much like women, and they do this because they are thinking the same way women are. They have no confidence in taking the risks that are necessary both to be masculine and to seduce women.
#11
The societies that have thrived until today were those that
