    I

need you to say five things you love. It could be cars, food, travel, family, or anything. Think about those five things. Did you include yourself? If you did, you're in the minority. However, chances are you didn't, and it's normal. It's because we put ourselves last or close to last. Sometimes we won't even name ourselves because love is absent. After reading this book, name five things you love again. I assure you, you'll be higher on your list and most likely first.

When you hear the term love, what comes to mind? Do you consider the people and things that are most important to you? Is it a source of happiness and kindness? Do you grin from the inside out when you think about the term love because it makes you happy? When most of us hear the term love, we think of happy feelings. When we allow ourselves to love someone or something, we can experience passionate and joyful feelings only when love is present. Love's energy is extremely potent. So why do we hesitate and wonder if it's good to have self-love when we put the word self to the front of the word love and create the word self-love?

Allow me to ask a simple question to you: Do you love yourself? If you answered yes, how will you demonstrate your love for yourself? How do you express your self-love? If you say no, I'd like to know why.

This book is for people who were once in love with themselves and aren't any longer. This book is for people who want to date but do not realize why they are not successful. This is for people who don't receive the love they desire.

    S

elf-love, like the word love, is powerful. When you search it up in dictionaries, though, there isn't even a consistent meaning. I know because I did some research. Some dictionaries give it a highly good spin, while others give it a very negative connotation. One dictionary, for example, only featured a negative description of self-love, implying that it was arrogant and vain. At the same time, another dictionary described it as having unconditional love for yourself concerning your satisfaction. It's no surprise that we all have varied perspectives on the term self-love. How can putting the word self in front of the word love, a word that evokes such good feelings and emotions, make it instantly suspect?

Self-love and self-care are at an all-time high. With more
