About this ebook
Gregory Von Lee
The author is a hermit! A lifetime underachiever: A person who learned that you make it in life by hard work, smarts and chance. Who understands that there are no accidents or luck in life; there are only mistakes, opportunities and preparation. The author does not believe in marriage or relationships because he doesn't want to share 50/ 50 with no one. He only believes in intercourse and the feelings for the moment. It doesn't matter how a woman looks. That’s because the author is more interested in the act and the person than the physical features. The author doesn't want his picture in the book because he rather be recognized for his works not his face. And he wants you to know in the end where to find happiness. It's not in a mate. They could leave you one day. It's in your babies.

POESY BYBONE
YES I DO THINK THAT I AM THE SMARTEST PERSON WHO EVER LIVED. I AM DEFINITELY SMARTER THAN YOU BECAUSE YOUR DUMB ASS BROUGHT THIS BOOK. MAYBE? SOME PEOPLE CALL ME AN EGOTISTIC ASSHOLE. I WILL TELL THAT THEY ARE RIGHT BECAUSE AN ASSHOLE AND AN EGOTISTIC PERSON GOES HAND AND HAND (THE SAME). KIND OF LIKE SAYING YOU ARE A FAT HIPPO, GREEDY HOG, OR PUSSY WHIPPED HUSBAND! THEY ARE ALL WHAT I CALL DOUBLE NEGATIVE
AND LIKE I WROTE IN MY FIRST BOOK. I DON’T BELIEVE IN 50/50 RELATIONSHIPS. THE ONLY 50/50 RELATIONSHIP IN MY HOUSE IS MY TWO HANDS, AND EVEN I GET TIRED
OF THEM SOMETIMES IN MY BATHROOM. (SWEARED). GOD BLESS
POESY BYBONE IS DIFFERENT FROM MY FIRST BOOK, LYRICAL BIBLE, FOR THREE REASONS. ONE IS THAT IT HAS A DIFFERENT NAME. TWO, IT WAS WRITTEN AT A DIFFERENT TIME, (SILLY.) THREE, POESY IS ABOUT THE HISTORY OF COUNTRIES, AND LYRICAL IS ABOUT RELIGIONS. FOUR, I HAVE CAME OUT OF THE CLOSET SINCE THEN. NOT THAT I AM GAY, IT’S JUST THAT I SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN THE CLOSET SINCE I WAS FOURTEEN. OH, I THOUGHT THAT I SAID THREE? AND YEAH, I GOT DIVORCED SINCE THEN, AND SHE TOOK MY DOG, (LADY.) I MISS THAT BITCH. YOU FIGURE IT OUT. BUT REALLY, THE TWO DIFFERENCES IS THAT LYRICAL BIBLE IS BASED ON E.N.T.I.C.E.S. AND POESY BYBONE IS BASED ON S.W.E.A.R.E.D. (LET IT BE SAID, WRITTEN, EDITED, ANALYZED, READ, ENGULFED, AND DONE). THE NUMBERS IN POESY BYBONE LIKE THE TITLE GO BACKWARD, AND IT HAS PLAYS AND NOT SHORT STORIES. NONE OF THE HISTORY OF COUNTRIES ARE MY WORKS. I TOOK THE INFORMATION FROM SOURCES ON THE INTERNET, PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS, WITH PEOPLE FROM THOSE COUNTRIES AND PUT THEIR HISTORIES IN POETRY. THAT POETRY FORM OF WRITING SHOULD HELP ADULTS READ OTHER COUNTRIES’ HISTORY TO THEIR KIDS MORE EASILY. KIDS LIKE THINGS THAT RHYME, BASICALLY THE GENERAL COMMON KNOWLEDGE OF COUNTRIES. ALL THE POEMS ARE MY POEMS. ALL THE SCENEPLAYS AND COMPOSITIONS ARE MINE TOO. BUT LET ME GIVE YOU A TIP. I WILL BE KNOWN AS THE GREATEST AUTHOR THAT EVER LIVED, BETTER THAN SHAKESPEARE. SO THEREFORE, KEEP MY BOOKS, AND WHEN I DIE (OR GET MARRIED AGAIN), I WILL BECOME KNOWN AS THE SMARTEST MAN THAT EVER LIVED AND THE GREATEST LIAR TOO. SO MY BOOKS WILL BE WORTH A LOT OF MONEY ONE DAY OR IN ABOUT FIFTY TO ONE HUNDRED YEARS. OH, I DID A LITTLE SUCKLING TOO. I WROTE THIS BOOK FOR TWO REASONS. ONE IS TO IRRITATE PEOPLE WITH SOME RACIST VIEWS, AND TWO IS THE CONCEPT THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO LIVE FOR IF YOU DON’T HAVE SOMETHING TO DIE FOR (LIKE YOUR KIDS AND THEIR KIDS’ KIDS). I WANTED TO CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE THINK ABOUT SOME THINGS. YES, THERE WILL BE MISTAKES IN GRAMMAR, STEREOTYPING, PUNCTUATIONS, AND SOME SLANG. IS SWEARED A WORD? SHOULDN’T IT BE SWORN? TAKE CARE.
PRIMORDIAL
THE WORLD IS CHANGING. AND TO UNDERSTAND AND KNOW WHAT PATH IT WILL TAKE IS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT PATH IT TOOK. EVERYTHING THAT WAS ONCE ON TOP WILL END UP BACK ON THE BOTTOM AND VICE VERSA. WE MUST KNOW THAT HISTORY AND NATURE ARE THE SAME THING BECAUSE ONE’S HISTORY IS BASED ON ONE’S NATURE. BOTH HISTROY AND NATURE WILL TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN. REMEMBER, THE SUN WILL GO UP AND DOWN, WHETHER WE ARE HERE OR NOT. THINGS WILL CHANGE WITH OR WITHOUT US. EVERY GREAT DYNASTY HAS FALLEN, JUST LIKE THE ONES TODAY WILL FALL. THE SLAVE OWNERS WILL BE THE SLAVES’ SLAVES ONE DAY. GOD AND NATURE HAVE NO FAVORITES, NO CHOSEN ONES, NO SON, AND NO PITY. THERE ARE ONLY SIX THINGS THAT ARE FOR SURE IN THIS EXISTENCE: GOD, TIME, NATURE, CHANGE, SPACE, AND INFINITY. SOME SAY THAT A GOD IS NOT FOR SURE, BUT WHAT THEY DON’T KNOW IS THAT SOMETHING WILL ALWAYS WORSHIP SOMETHING IN THIS UNIVERSE. THAT IS JUST THE NATURE OF THINGS. NEVERTHELESS, MY PURPOSE HERE ON THIS EARTH IS TO START THE PROCESS OF PUTTING GOD’S FIRST PEOPLE BACK ON TOP. I AM A BLACK MAN, SO YOU DO THE MATH. MY BLACK, WHITE, AND BROWN FRIENDS TELL ME THAT I SHOULD NOT WRITE AND SAY THE THINGS THAT I BELIEVE BECAUSE IT WOULD HURT MY BOOK SALES. YOU KNOW WHAT I SAY TO THEM? I WASN’T PUT ON THIS EARTH TO SELL BOOKS. MONEY IS NOT THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. POWER IS. IF YOU CAN THINK DEEP ENOUGH, YOU CAN FIGURE HOW THEY ARE THE SAME. LET ME HELP YOU. IF YOU ASK ANY MAN WHAT HE WOULD WANT MOST, MONEY OR POWER, SEE WHAT HE SAYS. BUT GIVE HIM A MINUTE OR TWO TO THINK ABOUT IT AND DON’T LET HIM GIVE YOU A QUICK ANSWER. SO MY BROTHER OF ALL CREEDS, REMEMBER THIS: THERE’S NOTHING TO LIVE FOR IF YOU DON’T HAVE SOMETHING TO DIE FOR (SWEARED).

200 Years until Tears
2010:
It’s the year 2010 and the white man is still in charge and in control.
Yet his hypocrisy to the minority is getting very tiresome and very old.
This is the first year more minority babies were born than the majority.
And since that day, things have changed, ranging from revolt and mutiny.
The minority says that they want equality, opportunity, and more respect.
And that the white men have not wanted to share anything quite yet.
That he is a selfish and lying man and that his demise is long overdue.
And one day, he will suffer dearly until his pale face turns red and blue.
2060:
It’s the year 2060 and the white man in no longer running the big show.
That his silly little game has been figured out, and now it and he have to go.
For now, the minority outnumber the white people for the first time here.
And the white man is walking on eggshell now because of his deep fears.
Now that things are on even grounds for all, the white man is going crazy.
He is committing suicide, mass murders because he is so mentally weak.
He has never had to deal with life being fair or had to share with others.
He is falling fast and soon dying out like the dinosuar and his British brothers.
2110:
It’s the year 2110 and the white man is no longer the majority people now.
The Hispanic men are the majority people and spreading their weight around.
Now it is a revolution, and it may get bloody, and things could come unglued.
Because of the change of the guard, the white men can’t follow the new rules.
Therefore, he must give up his long-held throne peacefully or by brutal force.
Because this land has some new leaders, new ways of thinking, and a new voice.
Now the poor white men must pay for all of his father’s fathers hateful sins.
And the line has been drawn, chicken has come home to roost, and it’s very thin.
2160:
It’s the year 2160 and the white man is lost and bordering on being wiped out.
Having the weakest gene, his people are headed for sure extinction and no clout.
What used to be good in the land of the free is now the white man big cemetery.
It’s now a place of memoirs of the good days that were the best of anyone’s history.
But the seasons have never stopped changing, and life is part of the natural circle.
But the white man saw his downfall too late, like all great empires of racist people.
He bombed the Japanese, enslaved the Negroes, and killed many Iraqi innocents.
He murdered the American Indians, took Mexican land, and deserve what he will get.
A Beautiful Flower Ungathered
Some of nature’s most beautiful things go undiscovered and missed, like a clear spring water that freely flows in the hidden forest.
God has blessed the whole world with countless of lovely things, yet many seasons pass without even appreciating what life mean.
I once seen a beautiful young lady riding alone on the city bus, with hair of bronze, lips like cherry, great smile, and so gorgeous.
I never spoke to her, for my mind was busy obsorbing her beauty— a beauty so great I felt that she was so much above simple little me.
Another admirer spoke to her, and she said her name was Silvina.
She spoke in Spanish and said she was from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She said her family was poor, and she was looking for a better life.
She came with a husband, but now he left her, and she’s a lonely wife.
I couldn’t believe that such beautiful eyes could ever show sadness.
She was a perfect 10, someone that I would consider God’s earthly gift.
It’s so true that some just don’t know what treasures about and one’s worth.
A simple touch, a child’s love are all like a beautiful flower ungathered.
A Bigger Boat
She was tall and slender and a very sexy trophy
A beautiful woman with a desire of a erotic fien
So I courted her as if she was the only one for me
I was spoiled by her touch and enhale her like weed
And when we finally made love, it was like a storm
Full of pounding, noises, and flooding of wet cum
I’ve been told that I was a man well endowned
A wonderful lover who knows how to get down
But with you, it was like an abyss and a black hole
I can’t last but a few minutes before I lost control
The passion is too hot and fast I felt I was a virgin
The large vagina and lubrication made me drop in
No matter how long I stroke and move, I got engulfed
I hoped that my size and foreplay will be enough
I gave her my all with some more very hard strokes
But she said to me, You’re gonna need a bigger boat.
A Bribe to the Fairy Man
I need to get to the other side of Styx where limbo end and the inferno exit for I am criminal, sinner, and menace it’s time for me to go to hell for my sinning so warn madusa and hades that I am coming for I am sure they know because of my living
I have been a bad person and a rotten human now I need a coin for a bribe to the fairy man
I need him to row that gloomy boat for I have one coin
I have no plan to return or ask for repentance my soul have left me and I have no spirit
I am at peace with death and ready to commit and no one can save me for God has spoken
I am destined for hell because of my constant past sins everyone must understand what actions has brought and now the boat has arrived and I have a bribe for the fairy man
A Clear Path Forward
I am not afraid of what tomorrow or tonight will bring
I look forward to the morning dew and the early bird singing
I feel solace in the high noon sun and its warmth
Cherish the sunset and the darkness and their worth
I am very full of energy and it shows in my every step
I just want to live my life fully without limiting myself
So this temporary loss in my life will not hinder my efforts
I am not worrying because I see a clear path forward
You say you may or may never come back to me
That this breakup is hard on both caring parties
Yet I am ready for the thunderstorm and the tormented river
Knowing that there will be tears and days I will shiver
I have seen the sunlight that brings the better days
My blinders are off and there’s no fog, smog, or haze
Though I love you, I am ready for the future pain and hurt
Because with God by my side, I see a clear path forward
After All This Time
You asked me questions that I cannot answer
And your insecurity is like a fatal mental cancer
Sweetheart, you don’t have any trust in me at all
And without trust, we are sure to fade and fall
I cannot prove to you all the time my love is true
It is something that you have to know or conclude
Until then, the stress and the drama will blow our minds
You should be more confident after all this time
We have been together long enough to be comfortable
And neither one of us needs to try to put on a show
There comes a time when love is a dire risk
And it takes both of us to bring about some bliss
Love is chance taking, commitment, and give and take
Knowing that most of the time it ends up in heartbreak
So you just roll the dice or keep it out of your mind
With God’s will, we will last after all this time
Alfred and Zulima
Brothers not Adam and Eve it was Alfred and Zulima
For they were the two people who started our era
It wasn’t the Garden of Eden it was the grove of paradise
Where the Almighty God created all things in our lives
For we will know that black people started all other peeps
They are the only people that can father all other creeds
For no other color can birth a black man genetically
Yet black man can create a white albino with his seed
So if anyone has some doubts about all human origin
Know that we all come from the black man and woman
Though most people can never face the simple facts
That at one time the first Homo sapien on earth was black
Black people was the the first to inherit the earth
God created man in his image and he created black man first
All Things Being Equal
I don’t have enough money to out bid the other guy
And I am not the most handsome to the naked eye
I may not be as romantic as the one you had before
Or as chivalrous as the one who opens all the doors
Maybe my house is not as big as the rich guy you know
And maybe my car won’t win a local automobile show
But I have true love that will last until we grow old
I am the right one for you if all things being equal
Maybe my words are not as silver tongued as others
And my lovemaking is not the best under the covers
I don’t have all the time to give like the free dudes
And maybe I get a little upset and do things that’s rude
But I know that our hearts and souls together are great
That you are the one for me and my one soul mate
For me, what we have is rare, unique, and special
Yes, I am a blessing in disguise all things being equal
Also Ran
No one respects, loves, or remembers the secondhand man
We only talk about or praise the one with the winning hand
Less credit is given to Malcolm X than Martin Luther King
They criticize the buffalo bills for losing four straight rings
The greatest boxing match ever was probably Ali versus Foreman
Yet Ali became an icon and Foreman was somewhat forgotten
And who can forget that the hare lost and the turtle did win
I guess it’s not how you start: it’s how you finish in the end
Then there is the loving woman Eve who came after Adam
And by the way, does anybody know what was man’s second sin
Maybe it was another lie told by the evil deceiving serpent
Let’s not forget the mistress who’s always on the layaway plan
And what about Larry Doby who came after Jackie Robinson?
The pretty girl that finished runner up in the beauty pagent
She is thought about as much as a two-dollar bill is spent
You always will remember your first love until time ends
Most famous of them all is the devil after God that’s living
So try to remember the accomplishments of all if you can
For they are the most forgotten for second: the also ran
AMONGST
SOME PEOPLE ARE HATEFUL, NEGATIVE, AND LIKE TO CURSE
THEY JUST CAN’T BE CONVINCED ON THE GREATNESS OF JESUS
THEY SAY THAT HE WAS NOT GOD’S SON AND HIS WAS A BURST
THAT HE WAS A NORMAL MAN LIKE A REGULAR OLD GUS
I DON’T LISTEN TO THE NAYSAYERS. I WISH THEY WOULD HUSH
FOR I KNOW JESUS LIVED AND WAS REINCARNATED FROM DUST
SO WHY DO WE CARE ABOUT OTHERS WHO WANT TO JUST FUSS?
JUST AS LONG WE STAY TOGETHER AND TRUST AMONGST US
MY FAITH WILL NOT WEAKEN OR OVER TIME TEND TO RUST
SURELY NOT BY SINNER WHO ROB, STEAL, FORNICATE, AND LUST
FOR THEIR BLASPHEMY IS NOT WARRANTED OR EVEN JUST
SO I ONLY IGNORE THE UNGODLY PROMOTING A JESUS AMBUSH
I AM STEADFAST AND A DEVOTED FOLLOWER AND FOREVER PIOUS
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE THOSE HATERS WHO WILL DOUBT JESUS
BUT WE SHALL NOT FALTER: FOREVER, WE WILL FIGHT AMONGST US.
An Average Joe
I am not perfect, so I try to do the best that I can
And I don’t try to judge people I don’t understand
I am the guy next door: I am someone’s best friend
I bleed when I am cut, and I get sick again and again
I have problem with money, and I do make mistakes
I’ve been a fool in love and a few hearts I had to break
I don’t have expensive cars or the biggest house
And I have slept in a place with bugs and mouse
I don’t have the best education, but I am smart
Maybe I didn’t go to college, but I do work hard
I believe in God, and that’s all I will say about that
I don’t force my ideas on anyone because of respect
I love people for their character and not their color
If someone is a racist, I don’t talk to them any farther
I’ve my hobbies that may range from balling or fishing
I like clean things, and I like to cook my own dishes
I try to stay in shape, but I am not a bodybuilder
A family history of diabetes, hypertension, and cancer
I like to be alone sometimes just to gather my thoughts
And I eat the wrong things at times, especially with salt
I am a guy most would see as an everyday John Doe
I am a simple man living happy as an average Joe
An Easy Way Out
The people say that hindsight is 20/20
Then I would have never ever went that route
And if I knew what i had done was so damn silly
Then I would have never given you so much doubt
But had to lie to you to hide all that I had done
I simply wanted to avoid all the screams and shouts
What I did was selfish, egotistic, and not very big
It’s not that I didn’t care, only I needed an easy way out
I know that I hurt you with my cheating and lying
And now you think that deceit is what I am all about
You trusted me with your love, soul, and everything
Now I am just like the others who, with you, had no clout
But I want you to know that I don’t see you as a fool
If you never forgive me my love, I won’t argue or pout
Because I hurt you deeply and I broke all the rules
No more secrets and no more looking for an easy way out
An Eye for an Eye
Yes, people, it’s an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth
That is my life’s philosophy for dealing with you fools
I can be as ruthless as the next guy that’s no problem
For I am going to get mines by being harsh and even
What you do to me I am going to do back to you
Because I am going to come out on top when it’s through
So when you fuck with me, expect in the end to lose
I’m heartless, for it’s an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth
Yes, people, it’s an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth
Everything is an option, but I will break all the rules
Because I know if you are weak, other will run over you
They sense weakness just like an angry dog will do
For I am always taking and not too fun of any giving
I don’t care about others’ problems, just how I am living
So fuck the dumb shit, I am making all the right moves
I’ll bust a cap in your ass, an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth

TO ME YOU ARE SO PRECIOUS AND MY LIFE DREAM AND FANTASY
YOU ARE MY SWEET BROWN SUGAR, AN ANGEL AROUND ME
An Old Ancient Lanther
You are like the old ancient lanther that sits on the mantle
Flickering and burning in the dark like a single lit candle
The dim light brings back sweet memories of me and you
Especially when we were kids and slept alone in our rooms
It’s my time to reflect on your life and maybe cry once again
It’s a great time to appreciate a wonderful and caring man
I am your only sibling and you worried about me all your life
You told me to cherish every day and never do think twice
You did raise me to be a very good man just like you were
You sheltered me like I was your one and only precious treasure
I know that you are in heaven now still watching over me
I feel your spirit in the dark and see your face in my babies
You died many years ago: I am a man who is now middle-aged
I understand everything you said and taught me as my sage
Because you never had a real loving father in your life before
You made sure I did have one until you couldn’t breathe no more
I want to say I love you, I adore you, and I miss you so much
Yet the peaceful glow of the old ancient lanther is a nice touch
An Olive Branch
I don’t want to fight, baby, I just want to work things out
I don’t want to disagree, and I don’t want to even fight
I wish that we could come to a nice, peaceful solution
Not argue about petty things with so much confusion
I want to say I am sorry for everything I didn’t do
Tell you anything, my secrets and the complete truth
I give up, I surrender and I am throughing in the towel
I will submit to you, baby: I will gracefully bow down
I just want to give this relationship another chance
Therefore, I come to you offering you an olive branch
I want to sign a peace treaty that gives you, baby, all
A truce without any preconditional or hidden clause
Lay down my weapons then put myself unde arrest
Not question your intention or pound my chest
No mutiny, no blasphemy, and not thinking of myself
Just assimilation, devotion, and first to help
I want to be the partner and your doctor for life
And when you have a problem don’t think twice
I believe that we can still make it as if we planned
Finally, i come to you with an olive branch
Anything for You
Baby, my heart beats rapid whenever you are afar
For I miss you, and I need to know where you are
For to me, you are the heaven, earth, and stars
My one and only love that I feel stimulates my heart
Some say that I love you more than I love myself
That I will give you my all until there is nothing left
I don’t want to pressure, bore, or make you uncomfortable
I just want to say I love you that’s really is my goal
My friends and family say to me I will do anything for you
That I need you to feel that my skies are blue
It just that I love you and you bring me so much joy
With you, I feel puppy love like a teenage girl or boy
My eyes are wide-open, and my heart is vulnerable at times
You are my oxygen, and you are always on my mind
I don’t want to pressure, bore, or make you uncomfortable
I just want to say that I adore you, that’s really all
ARGENTINA: NORMADIC TRIBES AND THE EUROPEANS
There were two or more main indigenous tribes people that lived in Argentina in the beginning
These people were in the northwest territory of Argentina before the arrival of the Europeans
There some people called the Diaguita in the northwest and the Guarani in the southeastern part
These folks develop the cultivation of corn and were basically an agriculture people from the start
They also fought off the progression of the Incas from expanding their growing empire into Argentina
When the Spanish came, there were a long war that the indigenous people lost in that brutal arena
The explorer Juan de Solis was the first Spaniard to land in Argentina, but he was soon killed in 1516
Buenos Aires was the prized land to conquer, but it wasn’t established until the late-sixteenth-century scene
The Europeans brought diseases from their country, which killed off many of the indigenous residence
British attacked Buenos Aires in 1806–07 just as Spain had come under the control of Napoleonic France
The natives managed to hold off the British advances and sought to demand their independence
With the French control of Spain, the people of Argentina became completely under their own rule. There was a rebellion and the party of the separatists decided to declare the country’s independence too
ARGENTINA: INDEPENDENCE AND POLITICAL STRIFES
One of the new patriots named Jose de San Martin crossed the Andes, and he successfully captured Lima
With Simon Bolivar, Martin was thought to have broken the shackle of Spanish rule in South America
In the early years of their independence, there was a bitter struggle for power by two political elements
These groups were known as the Unitarists and the Federalists, fighting for control of the government
Unitarists wanted a strong central government while the Federalists want the local control to be stronger
The new European migration to the Argentinian landscape was the demise of the pre-Columbian culture
With the lack of dominants of the indigenous folks, the European immigrant groups adopted different roles
The Basque and the Irish the sheep rearing while the Germans and the Italians did mostly farming in whole
Nevertheless, there was the British also who invested mainly in developing the country’s infrastructure.
Buenos Aires had more than one-third of the entire Argentina population of thirty-two million people in its core
It was the capital city with the principal native people who was the Quechua and the Mapuche in Argentina
These two main groups were the Quechua who lived in the northwest and the Mapuche who lived in Patagonia
ARGENTINA: THE PEOPLE AND ITS DIVERSITY
Argentina now had a very strong Jewish and growing Anglo-Argentine communities throughout the country
There were also Japanese communities, Chileans, and Bolivians with an enclave of Paraguayan communities
The official language of Argentina was Spanish, but many natives kept their mother tongues as a matter of pride
The first two centuries of the Spanish empire the least regarded region was from the Andes to the Plate riverside
Unlike Mexico and Peru, Argentina lacked the gold and silver that attracted many adventurers to other areas
In 1726, Buenos Aires had a population of about 2,200 until it started growing after an reorganization in 1776 dogma
Then around 1810, Argentina had defeated the British and was establishing strongly its newfound independence
After Ferdinand VII and violent conflicts, they brought back an Argentina-born officer named Jose de San Martin
San Martin replaced Manuel Belgrano as commander, and the Argentina’s independence was declared on July 9, 1816
Now San Martin is assembling as army to fight Peru via Chile with his Chilean ally Bernardo O’Higgins in the mix
In January 1817, San Martin marched west into Chile and later got into a fierce war with Brazil in Uruguay region
But in 1828 both Argentina and Brazil accepted that each was an independent buffer state between them
ARGENTINA: NINETEENTH CENTURY AND WORLD WARS
The first strong man of Argentina was Juan Manuel de Rosas who was elected governor of Buenos Aires in 1829
He eventually rose to be a dictator and engaged Argentina in a brutal civil war in Uruguay in 1843 at the time
Martin was replaced by Justo Jose de Urquiza, and he provided Argentina with a constitution and became president
Urquiza was defeated by Bartolome Mitre who was elected president and made Buenos Aires the capital residence
After fifty years of independence, most of its native American Indians are either killed or driven away deep
The pampas area was basically lawless, and the ranchers figured out that the land was better for cattle and sheep
Now the pampas area is very profitable and is divided into vast large ranches owned by many different families
But by 1912, political unrest was explosive that the ruling group didn’t want to concede the election to the other party
Hipolito Irigoyen, leader of the Radical Party, won the presidency in 1916 during the time of the First World War
Yet the Great Depression made way for the military to take power of the country and then came Juan Peron’s tour
Juan Peron was the one of the most revered persons in Argentina history, and so was his second wife, Evita Duarte
Peron won the presidency in 1946 after World War II, which Argentina decided like the first war they wanted no part
ARGENTINA: POSTWAR AND TODAY
In 1952, with the death of Evita, Juan Peron was devastated, and economic problem led him to be an exile to Spain
Peron returned to Argentina in 1973 with the blessing of his loyal friend Hector Campora who was at the reins
After eighteen years of exile, Peron was again elected president but died in 1974, leaving the reins to his third wife Isabel
Under Isabel, Argentina plunged into total chaos when she enlisted the help of General Jorge Rafael Videla for a spell
Videla’s main job was to crush the civil unrest of the guerilla movement with torture, rape, and killing at all costs
From 1976 to 1983, in the Dirty War or Guerra Sucia, an estimated thirty thousand people just disappeared or was lost
This war ended at the time the Argentinian army was engaged in a battle with the British over the Falkland Islands
The Argentinian economy was collapsing under military rule, and their army surrendered to the forces of the Britain
In December 1990, President Carlos Menem pardoned Videla and his cohorts for their crimes in the Dirty War
Argentina would suffer another economic collapse in 2002 because of government corruption and a declining peso
Argentina got the exchange rate of the peso from four pesos per dollar to three pesos per dollar with the help of the IMF
Nestor Kirchner became president, and when his term was over in 2007, his wife, Cristina, won the presidency after he left
A Second Opinion
All my friends say that you are fooling around
That what you are doing is the talk of the town
They say that I am foolish to stay by your side
That I am on a seesaw and a roller-coaster ride
My family say the I am stupid to ignore the rumors
That a smart person would have seen it sooner
Everybody says you are simply wasting my time
And if I don’t change, I will eventually lose my mind
The pressure will leave and let bygones be bygones
But I am waiting for more evidence: a second opinon
I feel pain in my heart because of some neglect
I feel alone, unappreciated, and taken for granted
You don’t make love to me much or kiss me at all,
And when you are out, you don’t bother to even call
We never go out, spend time talking, or laugh together
You give me rain checks even when there’s good weather
So I get depressed and stressed out when I think of our future
Maybe I am just crazy to feel so misused and so insecure
But I am steadfast and committed to my heart decision
I am desperate at time: waiting for a second opinion
A Shout Out
A shout out to all the devote fighters for animal rights
An appreciation for the fathers who come home at night
A trophy for the ones who donate blood and their organs
A praise for those who give hope to people through religion
A kind word to the Red Cross that helps millions daily
An applause to the police, firemen, and our brave military
An encore to the ones who protest for a better government
A tribute to the doctors who save lives and cure the patients
A blessing to the mothers who would give her child her last
A metal for a rich man who give to charity a lot of his cash
An award for the heroes of this dangerous modern melee
A prize to a person who helps keep his word and always pays
A big hug for a coach who brings out the best in his players
A ribbon for all the politicians who truly serve their voters
A thanks for the organizations who house and feed the homeless
An acclaim for the groups who work with the sick and disable kids
An ovation for the dreamers who bring new innovation about
A salute to all the love in mankind: to all of them a shout out
At War at Home
Why I can’t come to my home to peace and quiet
Why is my house a residence of chaos and riots
A man’s home should and suppose to be his safe haven
Not a place of stress full of loud noises and a pig’s pen
Constantly criticizing me about what we don’t got
Instead of seeing what we have than we have not
The water glass is always half empty in your eyes
And whenever I fall short, it’s not failure, it was a lie
We fight about small things and never solve the big
Always talking about past mistakes and the things I did
Never motivating me to battle all of life’s challenges
Yet very quick to remind me about broken promises
Then comparing us to other couples who have more
But you can’t lie in a foxhole with me like a true soldier
And when I am injured, I am left to recover all alone
I’m a bleeding cavalry man that has fallen at war at home
Audience of One
This is to all the haters and critics I know your tricks
You try to discourage me with all your silly antics
I am a very proud man, and you can’t trick me
I will always stay confident and remain uppity
So don’t try to bring me down with your words
Because I am too strong for you to stop or hurt
So I don’t care what you say for it doesn’t matter
Because I know that you are jealous and bitter
And I can see through all your evil ways often
I am committed to my ego even with an audience of one
I will always keep aging if I am the only believer
I have conquered all foes because I am more clever
Some say that I am full of myself until it’s a fault
But they are negative people who like to just talk
So I don’t listen to loser or waste my time around them
I keep away from fools that spread lies and make problems
I will live alone before I let the haters win in the end
I will just encourage myself alone with an audience of one

Australia: History and People
It’s said that human habitation of Australia is estimated to have begun between forty-two thousand and forty-eight thousand years ago
Possibly with the migration of people by land bridges and short sea crossings form what is now South Asia
These first inhabitants may have been ancestors of modern indigenous Australian living in the outer layers
At the time of European settlement in the late eighteenth century, most indigenous Australians were hunter gatherers
With a complex oral cutlture and spiritual values based on reverence for a land and a belief in the dreamtime
The Torres Strait islanders, ethnically melanesian, were originally horticulturalist and of hunter gatherers line
After sporadic visits by fishermen from the Malay archipelago there was the first recorded European sighting
This sighting was first recorded European landfall in the Australian continent was of Dutch navigator’s ring

Seperate colonies were carved from parts of New South Wales: south Australia in 1836, Victoria in 1851 too
To later to be known as Queensland in 1859 and later the northern territory was founded in 1911 and as anew
South Australia was founded as a free province it was not a penal colony but accepted transported convicts
A campaign by the settlers of New South Wales led to the end of convict transportation to the colony’s sects
The indigenous population, estimated at 350,000 at time of European settlement and after the Dutch explorers
Indigenous population declined steeply for 150 years following settlement because of disease that occured
Stolen generations
(the removal of the aboriginal children from their families) could be consider genocide
Such interpretations of aboriginal history are disputed by conservative commentators of different minds
Minds like former prime minister John Howard as exaggerated of fabricated for political of ideological reasons
And this debate is known in Australia as the history war, which brought about a referendum later in 1967
Australia: The Federation and the Commonwealth
Federal government gained the power to make laws with respect to Aborigines following the 1967 referendum
Traditional ownership of land, native title, was not recognized until 1992 with the high court case decision
