A Window to My Life - Laurie Baier Fischer
You Are Brother’s
Be the brother’s you were meant to be
Loving and caring but yet free
Stay close stay strong never leave
Each other behind do it for me
You both are strong and very bold
Things I taught you to hold
But not between you to keep you apart
Then put them aside for the love in your heart
Be there when one is in need
For brotherly love and comfort is seen
Never throw each other away
Don’t let anyone stand in your way
I see the closeness already there
You are too afraid to let each share
In each other’s happiness and pain
Let your strength be the others sustain
The Trap Door
Watch where you are walking
There is a trap door
It will take you down
Down to the devil’s floor
You were there once
Then took Jesus into your heart
Now you are going back to the trap door
Never to see you anymore
The climb back up
Will be harder than the first
Each time you go down
The trap door becomes that much worse
Jesus will be waiting
Every time you come up
Keeping you close
So you never give up
Stay close to Him
So that you never fear
Of setting off that trap door
And keeping Satan so near
Lord Jesus
Jesus comes but never goes He gives us a choice to stay He is always there if we ask
Just get on your knees and pray you see is the way to talk To Jesus when we are sad
Prayer does not hurt at all to do
It pleases our Heavenly Dad
Pray when you are weak
Pray when you are strong
Pray every day
Pray all day long
Don’t just pray to ask for things
Pray to thank Him too
He likes to hear from all of us
It’s a sure win thing to do
So put your pride and doubt away
Jesus wants to hear from you
When you put things into prayer
He answers with I Love You
It Will Be All Right
I don’t know what I want And don’t know what to do Do I stay or do I go
Lord I leave it up to You
I want a normal life
It hasn’t been that for years
Through many trials and hurdles
I have lost the norm for sure
I scream and cry but make no sound
It goes on like this for days
I wish something would come out
And make me feel okay
I use to dream of a family fine
