I am a certified life coach and have helped numerous people over the years. I have helped them to figure out what they are looking for in life and helped them make a plan to achieve it. I helped them to set out the action steps needed to implement this plan. Regular check-ins kept the process moving forward. Many of them suggested that I write a book so those that need it can start helping themselves find their happiness. For many years, I had the opportunity of talking to a wonderful woman named Stacey. She was my life coach (at that time she was referred to as mentor). I was introduced to her through a friend of mine because I was struggling to find a purpose, happiness. My family and friends made me happy, but I didn’t know how to make myself happy. This is where Stacey helped me. She helped me determine what was holding me back. Then she helped me to make a plan on how to deal with it. Frequent contact kept me on track and motivated. It was such a positive experience that I wanted to help others who are struggling the same way I did. So I took the advice of my clients and wrote this book. I hope it helps you. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I am fortunate to live on the coast in Nova Scotia, Canada. Every morning, I have the joy of having my coffee while looking at the ocean, such a calming way to start the day. My hobbies are reading, crafts, and poker. I take time every day to do at least one of these. It helps revitalize me so I can then give more of myself to others. It recharges my batteries. We all need that.
