      Always remember there will be laughter and tears

      There will be happiness and many things to share

      Nothing else on this earth will ever compare!

      It is again that one time of the year

      When a very special birthday is here

      As you blow out the candles on your cake

      Remember, it’s your turn a wish to make

      It may be a dream of financial wealth

      Or better yet, for good physical health

      Maybe you long for contentment and peace

      Or simply for a burden to decrease

      Whatever are the desires in your heart

      We pray that our God to you will impart!

      As the trumpets blare

      Even though you’re a year older

      True friends are there through thick and thin

      We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve shared

      It was important to know someone cared

      Friends we are and friends we’ll stay

      Until we enter Heaven’s Gates one day!

      Baseballs and wooden bats

      Crayons, books, and dolls

      Pictures hung on the walls

      Colorful balloons and red-nosed clowns

      The fun and excitement is all around

      Take time to smell the pretty flowers
