About this ebook

A passenger plane flying from Rio to London has been hijacked by a group of terrorists. The terrorists are threatening to use the plane as a weapon and fly it into Buckingham Palace if their demands are not met.
The Royal Air Force is determined to shoot that plane out of the sky before it reaches London.
The whole ordeal should be a simple game of cat and mouse. Except for the fact that nothing is simple for the terrorists or the RAF, when Dimitri and his band of misadventurers happen to be on-board that particular airplane.

    Dedication

This book is dedicated to my son Daniel West Jr.

    Víva La Vída – Coldplay

I wish to dedicate this book to my best friend and closest confidant in life.

I would also like to acknowledge the women in my life who inspired this book, Denise, Zaida, Jessica, Marisa, Vaye, Phillipa, Jackie… and so many more women, whose names I can’t even recall. This book is dedicated to all of you, for all of the ‘special’ things that you do.

    Dan West

There are two types of women: Those who are powerful and those who are powerless.

The powerless women will striptease and pole dance for you.

The powerful women will expect you to striptease and pole dance for them.

The women to be afraid of are the ones who are powerless, they are the ones who will hurt you.

Not out of malice or anger, they will hurt you out of fear.

Always empower the women in your life. Powerful women will make it worth your time to dance for them.

    Foreword

Books are like children; each one is a unique gift to the world. I try to do something different with each of my books. I have found that I cannot fundamentally change my style of writing. However, I can change some of the small things that I do in my books.

In Czech-Mate I explored the social aspects of our relationships to each other, love, hate, anger, betrayal, revenge, and compassion for others.

In Acapulco Gold I explored Haptic communication, the physical aspects of our relationship to each other, how humans use touch to express our feelings toward each other. Hugging, kissing, slapping, punching, and the use of tools, in order to bring pleasure and/or pain to other individuals.

In Deadly MILFs I intend to explore the possibility of: allowing people to feel sympathy and hatred toward a character at the same time.

If I can find a way to make you laugh at an inappropriate moment, or cry tears of happiness when something terrible happens. I will consider that as: Mission accomplished.

    (Spanish – Magnificent Finish)

As dawn broke on Mexico City, Dimitri, Richard, and Peter, backed by the foot soldiers of the Gouvêa and the Ruiz cartels launched their attack on the compound of the drug lord, Caesar.

Dimitri gave the signal for both assault teams to begin the slow arduous climb to the top of the hill. Approximately fifty yards from the villa, the assault teams were spotted by Caesar’s guards. The alarms, and shots, instantly rang out. The assault teams took cover and waited for their instructions.

Peter called for his sniper teams to pick off anyone that they saw. He then motioned for the assault teams to tactically approach the villa using a leap frog formation, the point men were to lay down covering fire until the men coming up from behind passed their locations.

The guards in Caesar’s villa took up defensive positions and made the assault as costly as possible. As defenders, the best chance that they had was to make the assault so costly, that the attackers would voluntarily withdraw. The defensive team managed to stall the attack about two blocks away from the villa.

Dimitri saw that the attack was beginning to flounder, rather than order a general retreat; he ordered his support team to use their rocket-propelled grenades on the sides of Caesar’s villa. The team fired the grenades and blasted openings into the sides of the compound.

Caesar’s men fired at the men as they rushed into those openings, as the last of the assault teams entered the openings; Caesar’s men, who were stationed on the rooftop, withdrew into the villa.

Inside, the fighting was chaotic; Caesar’s guards were trying to use choke points to stop the advancing men. The assault teams began shooting through the walls of the villa, and tossing grenades.

Dan was sleeping upstairs when the assault started; he picked up his cell phone and called the local police. The police had been paid off, and informed him that they were not responding to this attack. Dan cursed, then called his son, "Hey kid, we’re under attack, find some group of law enforcement that will help us."

Daniel was upset, Someone is putting a hard attack on Banco Mexicali’s mainframe, they are after Caesar’s cash. I have both of the girls blocking their efforts, I’m not sure how much longer we can hold them off.

Dan cursed, Can you shut down the bank’s mainframe and take the bank offline?

Negative, they are already inside the bank’s comp. At this point, I would have to physically unplug the mainframe to stop their cyber-attack.

Well kid, I don’t care what you do, don’t let them get Caesar’s money.

Dad, all I can do at this point is pull a shell game on them, and get Caesar’s money out of there. I have to make them chase the money in five different directions. And … I need to make it disappear from that bank, and then reappear elsewhere.

"Kid, I’m not sure that anyone in here is walking away from this. Get Caesar’s money out, and we can explain it to Caesar later, if any of us happen to survive this crap."

There were several large explosions below. Daniel asked, What the hell?

Dan shook his head, Grenades maybe.

Daniel sounded worried; I’ll find some help for you.

Dan frowned, It may be too late here. Deprive them of the cash.

    Will do, dad.

Dan made his way downstairs and followed the sounds to the fighting.

Caesar had his guards lined up in two semi circles. The forward group was in the prone position, and the second group was behind them, in the kneeling position. Several of the women from the jardín de putas, were bringing ammunition, and grenades to the guards.

Dan called out to Caesar, What’s happening.

Caesar grinned, Mexico’s version of a hostile takeover.

    Everyone laughed.

Dan grinned, How can I help?

Caesar smiled, Get your ass over to the terrace, and jump over the railing. Run the hell away from here, we’re outnumbered.

Dan shook his head, I’m not running.

Caesar frowned, ¡Entonces usted es un mudo joden!

Dan shook his head, I didn’t get that.

Carlos yelled, He said to find some goddamn cover before you get shot!

    Caesar grinned, Sort of.

Dan joined the group of women that were shuffling the ammunition from the basement to the defensive perimeter.

Caesar cursed, Half of the fucking Federales in this city are on my payroll. Where the fuck are they?

Carlos laughed, They’re on Gouvêa’s payroll as well, most of the men attacking us belong to Gouvêa.

Caesar screamed toward the women that were taking shelter in his private retreat, Get on the phones and call in anyone that’s off duty. We can’t hold out for more than another five, or ten, minutes!

One member of the of the assault party held out a stick with a white t-shirt draped on it, he yelled, We want to talk!

Caesar turned to Carlos, Shoot the bastard.

Carlos took aim and put a bullet through the man’s head.

Caesar called out, Shoot, or run. We aren’t talking.

Dimitri cursed; Caesar’s men had them pinned down. Dimitri couldn’t bring enough men to the opening to force his way through. Caesar had a twenty-man advantage at the choke point. Dimitri calculated that he had almost sixty men left in his assault group. If they stormed the door, Caesar could shoot enough men at that opening to block the passage.

Dimitri called to Richard, Can we blast an opening in the walls?

Richard shook his head, Negative. You used all of the RPG’s to get inside the villa.

Dimitri frowned, Could we use grenades to blast our way through the wall?

Richard laughed, "If we had any grenades left, we could just toss them in the room and take out Caesar’s soldiers with them."

Dimitri cursed, So, what do we do? If we just sit here, someone will eventually come to Caesar’s aid, and we’ll be trapped between the two groups.

Richard frowned, We should send some men around and try to force our way in through the veranda. We need to force Caesar to have to defend himself from two groups of attackers.

Dimitri nodded, Take half of the group around to the veranda and try to  pin Caesar down.

Richard frowned, It’s a ten-food leap to the veranda. How do you suggest that I scale it?

Dimitri shook his head, You’ll figure something out when you get there.

Richard took a group of men and made his way to the base of the veranda. He looked around, Guys, stack some cars, we’re going to build a ramp.

Caesar yelled to Dan, I think you just found the dramatic conclusion to my book. If I win, I am a conquering hero. If I lose, well… try to think of something nice to write about me.

    Dan grinned, Don’t lose.

Richard’s men climbed the pile of cars that they had stacked beside the veranda. They jumped over the railing and organized at the far side of the veranda.

Richard led the assault as his men crashed through the glass doors leading into the villa.

Caesar’s group turned and fired at the new group that was attacking their right flank.

Dimitri’s group used the momentary distraction to assault the door.

Caesar’s second line opened fire on the doorway and pinned Dimitri’s attackers down.

Richard’s attackers took cover inside the villa and started firing toward the defender’s position.

    * * *

Joseph finally had a lock on Aristoelea’s IP address, he typed the number into the computer that managed his botnet, he hit the send button and ordered his bots to start querying Aristoelea’s server. Aristoelea’s computer quickly overloaded and lagged out. She called out to Daniel, "You have to do it now; he just shut me down."

Daniel chose the packets that he had programmed for just this occasion, he pressed the send button and five separate transactions took place instantly. One transaction showed Caesar’s money going to a Swiss bank; another showed the money going to the Cayman Islands. A third transaction started bouncing around the globe like a ping-pong ball. A fourth showed the cash switching over to a hidden account at Banco Mexicali. The fifth packet left Banco Mexicali, and was deposited into a Chinese bank.

Joseph tried to intercept the packets, but he aimed for all five of the packets at once and failed. He traced the packets until they entered their respective banks. He opened each packet to read the account numbers. When he read the Chinese packet he whistled, You’re good. But I finally got you. The packet had an account number and a deposit amount, two hundred and eighty-three million dollars.

Joseph called Charles, "The money is out of Banco Mexicali, the kid sent it to an account in Beijing, I have the account number and the transaction code. It’s in ‘Bank of the Celestial Dragon’; the account holder is ‘Gestalt Epiphany’. Here’s the account number… All two hundred and eighty-three million is in there."

Charles smiled, "Good work. I’ll go through the state department and recover our money. You make sure that it stays in there until we grab it."

Charles laughed, That kid sure loves China. He placed a call to the state department and asked them to contact the Chinese government.

The state department called back ten minutes later, "The Chinese say that the account exists, but there isn’t any money in that particular account. Not even one Yuan."

Charles lost his temper, It’s in there! We watched it go. Those greedy bastards are lying so they can steal that money from us.

The man at the state department chuckled, Of course they’re lying. No one in this department trusts the Chinese. I’m just telling you what the Chinese said. We will continue to press them to release our money. If it’s at all possible: You should try to get the money transferred out of the account the same way it got in. Stealing it back may be our only chance of actually resolving this issue.

Charles cursed, then he called Joseph.

    * * *

Caesar cursed, We may have to fall back into my personal retreat.

Carlos nodded, "Sí, but not too soon. We need to bleed them as much as possible first. When they see us take up another, even stronger, position, it must completely demoralize them. We have to cause them to lose heart and leave."

    Caesar nodded. Makes sense.

Carlos called out to the women, Get as much ammunition as you can into the private study. We’ll need everything we can get in there.

The women rushed to shuffle as much ammunition into the room as possible.

Acabar crouched in the bell tower of the church, almost a mile and a half away from Caesar’s villa. He watched the assault as it took place. He was impressed with the tenacity of Caesar’s guards.

Acabar looked through the scope of his rifle, he could easily take out Caesar; he could easily have shot Caesar any number of times during this battle.  He studied the back of Richard’s head with his scope. Acabar had no complaints with Richard. He watched Dan shuffle boxes of ammunition into Caesar’s private retreat. Was jealousy a sufficient motive to shoot the man?  Acabar searched the villa; where the fuck was Dimitri?

Acabar decided to go ahead and end this fight he could find Dimitri later. He placed one bullet through Carlos’ chest, and placed another through Caesar’s right thigh.

He thought about using his third bullet on Dan. No… jealousy was not worth a man’s life. Acabar lifted his rifle and climbed down from the bell tower.

Caesar’s formation broke when Carlos and Caesar went down. Richard’s group rushed in from the right, and Dimitri’s group stormed in through the door.

Richard ordered the assault teams to disarm the remainder of Caesar’s guards.

Dimitri sauntered into the room, he looked at Caesar lying on the floor, It seems that I have won.

Caesar looked up at Dimitri, What is it that you have won?

Dimitri scowled, I have rescued Juanita from you.

Caesar coughed, She escaped from my villa two months ago.

Dimitri frowned, I have rescued her son from you.

Caesar laughed, Mí amigo, Dan, gave her son back to her a month ago. If I remember correctly, you shot up the circus and endangered her son.

Dimitri’s face went red, I am avenging her husband’s death.

Caesar howled with laughter, You poisoned her husband with gas. You killed him. I simply put him out of his misery.

Dimitri glared at Caesar, I have defeated your soldiers for Juanita.

Caesar grinned, Do you do everything for women? Especially women who do not care for you. Is it possible that your mother didn’t love you, and you’re still trying to gain her affection through these other women?

Dimitri lost his temper, Drag him to the cell in the basement.

Caesar smiled at Dimitri, The truth hurts. Sí. Caesar turned to Dan, I have given you the ending to my book; try to get the words right. The world must know what kind of man Dimitri truly is.

Dan nodded, I will quote you flawlessly.

    Caesar smiled, Gracias mí amigo.

Dimitri and Richard walked toward the basement. Dan stopped them, Dimitri, you gave your word that you would not harm Caesar. I’m holding you to your word.

Dimitri frowned, Circumstances have changed since I made that promise.

Dan frowned, You could have walked away from this fight at any point during that interval.

Dimitri scowled, Caesar is a drug lord. He’s not worth arguing over.

Dan scowled at Dimitri, "There are at least ten drug lords waiting to step up into Caesar’s place. The government realizes that taking out individual drug lords is a futile task. The only way to stop the drug trade is to help people live meaningful lives. The rich don’t want to share the wealth. They want to horde their stacks of money and let children starve. Why do you think that one percent of the population holds more than ninety percent of the wealth?

Corporate presidents will take three hundred million-dollar bonuses; while they fight to make sure that their employees don’t get health insurance, or even a raise in the minimum wage. Those elitists are the ones that fuel this drug trade. Dope up the masses with religion and drugs to keep them in line."

Richard looked at Dimitri and paused, You gave your word to leave Caesar alone?

    Dimitri nodded.

Richard sat next to Dan, I’m out.

Peter sat beside Richard, I’m out too.

Dimitri cursed, as he turned and walked down the stairs.

Peter looked over the room full of injured men; he spotted one of Caesar’s guards lying on the ground. Oh my god… it’s Jiménez! Peter rushed over to the man, Get me some gauze, and something to make a tourniquet out of. Peter stopped as much of the bleeding as he could, and covered the man’s injuries. He flagged to one of the men with a stretcher, Take this one first. It’s urgent.

Jiménez was surprised, Why are you helping me? Several of your own men are still down.

Peter smiled, I’m doing this for your wife and son.

Jiménez frowned in thought, Do you know me?

Peter laughed, We met at the circus. I sold you a bag of peanuts.

Dan saw Juanita entering the room, Juanita, Te quiero como un niño gordo ama un pastel.

Juanita laughed, and Dan distinctly heard the sound of tinkling bells. "I am going to punish Caesar for my injuries."

Dan nodded, Will punishing him restore your loss?

Juanita paused, "My losses can never be restored."

Dan nodded, I am a poor substitute, but such as I am, I would do everything in my power to replace that loss for you.

Juanita thought for a few moments, "It’s not enough, I must watch Caesar die."

Dan frowned, "Choose revenge, or me, you cannot have both."

Juanita frowned, "That’s not fair. You allowed your brother in law, the one that raped your wife and destroyed your family, to go unpunished. Did that act of kindness restore your family?"

Dan frowned, "It allowed my son and I to keep our souls. My wife lost her ‘sense of self’ because she allowed hate to take over her life. We begged her to choose love and family. Instead, she chose to forfeit her soul. We will not forfeit ours for any reason, and you shouldn’t either. I would save you if I could."

Juanita frowned, I should meet your wife sometime, we are sisters. she turned and walked down the stairs.

Richard waited until Juanita walked down the stairs, he turned to Dan, It seems that you are, once again, without a woman.

Peter laughed, "It seems that we are all without women."

Dan smiled, Women are not as loyal as one could hope for.

Peter smiled, Rats aren’t the first thing to leave a sinking ship. Women are. Women are smart enough to figure out that a ship is sinking without having to get their feet wet.

The three men howled with laughter.

Dan smiled, That gives me an idea.

Richard was curious, I’m all ears.

Dan grinned, Financially, Greece is a sinking ship. Greece also happens to have the most beautiful women in the world. I’m thinking that we should go over to Greece and try to find ourselves a ‘fire sale’ or some ‘bargain basement’ deals on pretty women.

    Richard grinned, I’m in.

Peter thought, I have about thirty more days of leave coming, so count me in.

Dan pulled out his cell phone, he called his son, Kid, find three plane tickets from Mexico City to Greece. Next flight out if possible.

    Daniel paused, How’s Caesar?

    Dan frowned, He’s gone.

Daniel cursed, I did what you said to do.

Dan nodded, Thanks, son, that money belongs to you now. Caesar would want you to have it.

Daniel frowned, No way to give it back?

Dan paused, Not in this lifetime.

Dimitri walked into the holding cell: He paused a moment for dramatic effect. What was the exact moment when you realized that you just lost everything that you truly cared about in life and have no chance of ever getting it back?

Caesar furrowed his brow, deep in thought. It wasn't when I lost the money, because money is simply a tool. It wasn't when I lost the drugs. I never wanted the drugs; the drugs were simply a product that I used to use to get the money.

Dimitri slammed his palm down on the table. You didn't answer the question!

Caesar cringed. I lived for the power. I liked having people fear me and do whatever I asked them to do.

Dimitri grabbed one of the chairs at the table and threw it at the wall. "I happen to know the moment when you lost everything. I simply want to know that you recognize that moment too."

Caesar cringed again and lowered his eyes. I think that it was the moment when I realized that I was at your mercy. I knew at that precise moment that you would kill me, because you have no mercy.

Dimitri laughed coldly. "You’re close, my friend, but you’re in error. I will not kill you. That privilege belongs to someone else. That person has even less mercy than I do. I would introduce you to them, but you are already acquainted."

Juanita walked into the room. "Caesar, you shouldn’t have killed my husband, Juan. He was already dying. When he attacked the police station, he was exposed to poison gas and had less than two days left to live. You shouldn’t have held my son hostage and forced me to call Dimitri for help. The moment I picked up the phone to call Dimitri was the moment your world ended. And now... I get to make you pay for the harm that you caused my family. Dimitri, would you
