    Ingredients

    Minced lamb

    3½ lbs ground lamb or ground pork

    4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    4 tbsp tamari soy sauce

    1 tbsp tabasco

    2 tsp onion powder

    salt and pepper

    2 tbsp butter, for frying

    Cauliflower mash

    3 lbs cauliflower

    1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream

    2 eggs

    6 oz. butter, melted

    1 leek, finely chopped

    10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

    salt and ground black pepper

    Directions

    Step 1: Heat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).

    Step 2: To make cauliflower mash: Rinse the cauliflower and chop into smaller florets. You can also use frozen cauliflower. Bring to boil in lightly salted water until soft. Drain thoroughly. Use a food processor or a hand mixer to mash the cauliflower.

    Step 3: Combine crème fraîche or sour cream, egg, leek butter, and half of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to seasoning.

    Step 4: To make minced lamb: Fry the ground meat in butter. Put the sauces and the spices.

    Step 5: Scatter the meat out in an oven-proof dish and top with the cauliflower mash. Add with the remaining of the cheese and maybe some more butter on top.

    Step 6: Bring to bake for 20 minutes or until it turns a nice golden color.

    Step 7: Garnish with leafy greens (optional) and serve.
