    Does the book of Revelation predict an attack on the USA? If so, when does it occur? Would you be surprised to know that the Bible predicts one--before the year 2060? The New Testament Book of Revelation written by John has been discussed and debated at length by present day scholars. However, there are a number of chapters that have remained a mystery to most. These chapters include the chapters that describe the seven angels set upon on the earth in the last days (Revelation 8, 9, 15, & 16). The author discusses these chapters, when and where they occur, how these events are related to the Mayan calendar, and what these angel's missions entail. The author also shares why they predict a war that begins on USA soil and ends in Israel with the return of Jesus Christ to the earth.

    A chapter is also included that discusses the missions of the two witnesses described by John (Revelation 11). In it we find out why these two prophet's missions are so important and what their missions signify to the world and the children of God.

      Chapter 13—The two witnesses. Why their mission is so important that many of the prophets have seen their day and their purpose. What their mission means to the people of God and other people upon earth.

      Chapter 14—The righteous and the good people of Earth. There are actually two separate groups of people that will be ‘taken up’. The two separate ‘raptures’, what their purpose is and who will be included in each one.

      Chapter 15—Excerpts of pertinent Chapters from Revelation. The complete chapters of Revelation that are used by this author are included here as excerpted from the King James Edition of the bible.

      Prologue

      For several millennia, the writings of the Apostle John that are contained in the Book of Revelations have remained a mystery to most of its readers. John knew the conditions that were going to exist upon the earth. He saw it! He certainly saw much more than he left for us to read. However, he must have felt that the events which he recorded in the Book of Revelation were the crucial ones to leave behind for us.

      He left this record in order for us to have knowledge of their eventual occurrence. Why? If men could not really understand them, why bother?

      The main reason would obviously be that it was God’s command for John to reveal these things. Again Why? God always has His reasons and they are usually multi-faceted. In this case, there are some very specific and also a very important reasons for these chapters and verses to be written in the way that they were.

      I am but a simple handmaiden of the Lord and I offer you my understanding of these verses as I have learned it through my study of God’s works and by following and heeding the spirit of the Lord.

      Chapter 1

      Reasons for the Book of Revelation

      One very important reason for The Book of Revelation to be written as John penned it was to preserve its integrity as much as possible. John saw the murder of his friends and fellow servants in the gospel. He witnessed false prophets arising, deceiving many with false doctrine, and changing the gospel…even scripture.

      He saw in vision what this meant for the world and how the teachings of Christ and the apostles would be twisted and changed to fit the precepts of men. How can men change and twist what they don’t understand? Why would they even try? The Book of Revelation is hard to understand so that it would be harder to change from its original form.
