Why Breakup Should not Break You
About the Author
Preface
I believe no one can be called a love expert, but everybody and anybody are capable of loving. We know that love exists, and perhaps all of us don’t know why we feel it. Regardless of how many times we fall in love and get hurt, the existence of love is still hard to understand.
Do we really love? Maybe yes, but maybe no. For me, it is much more important to ask why we have or keep looking for the one
. Why are there people who choose to be single or who continue their journeys to find more love from others? Why some flirt or cheat if they are already in a relationship?
We also hear from others saying, I don’t love you anymore
or I just fall out of love
and sometimes they come straight from the people we once loved and still love. These heart-breaking words ruin the excitement and joy in love.
Okay, so do you believe if your so-called the one
breaks up with you, it is the end of your world? Yours truly and most will say, No.
Breakup is not meant to lose yourself, but it is time to find yourself. Have you ever asked this: Why breakup should not break you?
When you are in the midst of sadness or when consumed by depression, negative things keep crawling on your head. I, myself, was in that situation but good thing I was able to bounce back before those destructive ideas consumed me.
I write this book to help you realize that there are so many things that will happen after each breakup, hoping I can help you in my own little ways to live an enjoyable life. I am not claiming as someone who is expert about love, but I know I have experienced to love and to be loved. I had been in a situation where I have to get up after a very painful breakup.
Each one of us has their own opinions and principles about love, and I respect that. In this book, I aim to share with you why breakup or heartache should not define who you are. I hope to help the broken-hearted people out there to not be taken controlled by the breakup.
Enjoy reading, but most importantly stand up now and continue your life!
