About this ebook
In order to correct or effectively treat your lower back pain, the most important first step is to balance your foundation—your feet.
This book, Feet First, will explain why your foot structure is so important when trying to obtain lasting lower back pain help. You will discover how to recognize foot problems that may be associated with, or may be a major contributing factor to, your lower back pain.
Feet First outlines the same first steps the author took in conquering his chronic, debilitating lower back pain. This is the same approach he used in treating thousands of patients.
You will learn how your foundation, your feet, could be the key to your recovery.
Balancing, supporting and correcting your foundation is certainly not the only step you will need to take; but it most certainly is the first step on your path to a better lower back.
Your journey to a better lower back starts with this book “Feet First.”
