    So this is what happens when the Spaceports & Spidersilk editor steps through one of the portals on her space station!

    As readers may notice, there have been changes here at S&S. Much as a werewolf shifts its form, we have shifted publishers and formats. I suppose that with all of the full moons possible in the many worlds to which this station connects, it was only a matter of time until this sort of lycanthropy overtook us.

    What has not changed is the type of stories and poetry we have for you. In this issue we have tales of stellar spies and planetary detectives, of zombies and dragons, and scarily creepy crawlies that appear when you are conscious and when you are not. We have stories that take place in fairytale worlds, on far off planets, and ones that are based far closer to home.

    Pull up a chair, find something cool and refreshing to sip, and settle down for a good read.

    But... if you hear howling in the distance, you might want to just ignore it. Some of the moons that the editor investigates may lead to more... conventional... types of shifting.
