In a matter of weeks, her daughter passed away, her husband became a quadriplegic, she gave birth five weeks early while planning her daughter’s funeral, and having to care for her other two children. Her Christian faith, family, and spiritual family saw her through it all. Ivette lives with her husband Johnny of twenty-years in South Louisiana.
