He was the middleweight weightlifting c...view moreGeorge H. Miller Jr. became interested in weightlifting at the age of 15 and has continued it for over half a century into his senior years. He was the middleweight weightlifting champion of Iowa in 1954 and Texas in 1957. He has also competed in physique competition winning Mr. Iowa in 1954. He has written articles for "Muscular Development" while John Grimek (Mr. America 1940 and 1941) was editor, "Muscle Training Illustrated" and "Iron Game History".
His education is Mechanical Engineering (B.S., 1956) and Law (J.D., 1967).view less
