She loves to read and write, but it was her father who helped to create in her a desire to become a writer. When she was a little girl he used to make up stories for bedtime about all kinds of adventures, and she would fall asleep, dreaming of the adventure. He was a great storyteller; it was the passion and the imagination that he put into these stories that inspired her to follow her dream. As she grew older, life got in the way, as it did for everyone, and her future plans to be a writer was put on hold even though she did not give up writing. Now W. McGrain has been given another chance for a new adventure. She hopes that this first book will lead to many more.view less
