As a child he always had a passion for reading and writing. That passion then grew into a skill and hobby over the years of his life. Numerous days after school his mother (Yolonda North) would take him and his siblings to the local library. There he would check out books to benefit homework and class projects. As for him, being surrounded by such knowledge and inspiring stories was an amazing feeling. It had drawn him into wanting to read more and more. Reading/writing had then became one of his favorite subjects next to science. While attending Sunnyside Elementary he was often awarded with honor roll, perfect attendance, excellent conduct and even won a few spelling bee competitions throughout the years. By the time he were a teenager music and art became another love in his life. He would quote lyrics from songs of his favorite musicians from various genres of music. This is how he became steered in the direction of writing rhymes which he presents in his alternative poetry. Although maintaining different jobs and positions in his adulthood, he never gave up on his hopes and goals. Which still to this day is to write and combine words to create poems to inspire the reader, while making them smile at the same time. To motivate as well as entertain the mind and display a sense of humor and creativity. He realized that if he could provide poetry that could lift someone up when feeling down. Bring happiness and joy to a person to affect them in a positive way. His book Poetry & Art Pouring From The Heart would be the answer to that solution.view less
