Founder of Changing Garments Ministries, received the vision of the ministry in 1990 while overseas in San Vito Dei Normanni Air Station, Italy with her husband. God instructed Dr. Wanda O. Wallace to teach the Body of Christ the Word of God with wisdom and understanding so that it could be applied and produced every day in the believer’s life. So that believers can become the Word of God.
While in Italy, Dr. Wanda O. Wallace began carrying out the assignment God has given her. She was a lay minister for Unite Stated Air Force and she taught Bible study, Sunday school, Salvation Classes, Seminar Teacher, Prayer Classes, and Praise and Worship Leader, and the Word spread to others and people were saved, set free and delivered. In May 1991 she received her certificate of Minister License from Bible Way Church of Deliverance at Naples San Vito AS, Italy under Pastor Charles F. Hendricks.
She later moved to Montgomery, AL and worked with many local churches and the Air Force community. While living in Montgomery she fellowship at Christian Life Church under Pastor Stephen E. Vickers and server as a Prayer Counsel and Care Giver lead Assist. Wanda was blessed to sit up under the teaching of Dr. Crelfo A. Dollar for seven years as she traveled two hours on Sunday morning to church. In her young years she love to listen to Kenneth Copeland, where a great deal or her teacher came from. So with all that God commanded her to “put the vision in place”. In the fall of 1994, God instructed Dr. Wanda O. Wallace to finish her education so she went back to school. Wanda start an Outreach Ministry to teach the people how to live out the Word of God in everyday living step by step with the Word of God. Changing people from the inside out, with the Word of God is her vision. In Nov 1995 Wanda was ordination License of Qualification under Harvester Christian Fellowship Crossville TN.
Since that Dr. Wanda Wallace received her Bachelor’s B.S., M.M., and D.M. from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary and is the Founder Changing Garment Ministries Inc.
In March 2004 Changing Garments Ministries Christian Center held their first Conference, which be held in Hampton, VA.
Dr. Wanda O Wallace is a visionary leader whose mission is to empower Believers through teaching and preaching the uncompromised Word of God to fulfill their highest calling and change the world through Jesus Christ.
Dr. Wanda O. Wallace is the author of Marriage and Divorce It’s Impact on Society and the Church.
She is a conference speaker, teacher and minister of the gospel who loves helping other live their life to the fullest. Dr. Wallace is the wife of SMSGT Gary Wallace and the mother of three beautiful children: Shanda, LaKeetha, and John, she has six grandkids and one great grandchild.view less
