She is retired from a career in Community Health Services where she focused on social work and health services to children, youth and families. Since retirement, she has spent the years in writing, review of grants for the Department of Education and other federal agencies; has worked as a Consultant for the Head Start Program providing program Evaluation Monitoring and support for its programs nationwide. Her passion for addressing the needs of children and families carries over into her the nurturing and mentoring of them in her church.view less
