Upon graduation from high school in 1948, he enlisted in the US Navy, where he served a hitch as a radioman during the Korean Conflict. He retired after being employed for nearly forty years by the old Bell System at Western Electric, Bell Laboratories, and AT&T. Skip now lives in an independent retirement community in New Hampshire where he met and “fell in love” with a cute little white dog named Sophie. This is his second nonfiction book; the first is Skip’s Legacy.view less
