She has 3 children, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Besides this book, she has written two 365-day devotionals: "Morning Walks with God," and "A Daily Walk with God." She writes a weekly blog on her website (marleneburling.com), and posts on her face book page (Marlene Burling). She has developed a workshop for widows and others who have suffered the loss of a loved one, which is titled, "There is Life After Loss." She co‑leads a Grief Share program at her church, and teaches a Bible study in her ladies community group which meets in her home.view less
