In 2005 he won a prestigious Caterer & Hotelkeeper Acorn Award, this award is given to rising stars in the hospitality industry that are aged under 30 and are nominated by their peers.
In 2010 Jonathan launched OutSauced Consultancy and has worked on a variety of projects and businesses, advising them on everything from brand management, marketing, design and customer experience. He now specialises in creating growth, scalability and profitability within hospitality based businesses through the implementation of systems ensuring the delivery of customer service, coaching and mentoring management, and key skills training.
